Olivia Rodrigo Is Single Again As Relationship With DJ Zack Bia Wanes

Olivia Rodrigo is back on the street after her relationship with DJ Zack Bia reportedly 'fizzled out.'

The former couple, who first sparked romance rumors earlier this year during a Super Bowl party, allegedly had problems balancing their relationship and busy schedules. Bia and Rodrigo kept details of their relationship away from observers despite their many public outings, including intimate dates.

An insider has spilled details of 19-year-old Olivia Rodrigo and 26-year-old DJ Zack Bia to US Weekly. After revealing that the pair was "casually dating" and not serious, the source said the relationship had run its course. In the insider's words:

"Their relationship sort of fizzled. They were casually dating but haven't spent time together in a while. There were no issues — they both have different work schedules and different friend groups." 

This update is shocking as the source noted that the former couple was "spotted making out two weeks ago." In June, another insider mentioned that Bia and Rodrigo "really liked each other" after they were caught on a cozy date in April.

The date featured the "Sour" singer giggling and cuddling with the record label executive as they left Bar Pitti in New York City. The June source also added that the duo began their short-lived relationship during the Super Bowl, held on February 13 — a day before Valentine's.

Before she was suspected of being Bia's boo, Rodrigo was linked with Adam Faze, a producer and former entertainment writer. You would recall The Blast reported in June that Rodrigo was first romantically linked to Faze in the summer of 2021 after they attended the "Space Jam 2" premiere party.

The event, held at Six Flags Magic Mountain, saw the "All I Want" singer introducing Faze as her "boyfriend." Yet another source claimed that Rodrigo "was in great spirits celebrating Space Jam 2 last night" and had no problem engaging in PDA with her beau.

The source pointed out that the then-couple spent all night together, riding "all the rides together" and even holding hands. They were also captured on camera kissing at the star-studded event attended by Ariana Grande and her husband, Dalton Gomez, Demi Lovato, Charli D'Amelio, and Lil Huddy.

Unfortunately, things quickly turned sour (pun intended) between the duo, and by January, rumors of a breakup had begun spreading. Things came to a head when the "An American Girl: Grace Stirs Up Success" star unfollowed both Faze's personal and professional social media accounts on social media. Their split was confirmed when Rodrigo was seen loving up with Bia in February.

Rodrigo seemed intent on making better choices after squashing her beef with singer and actor Joshua Bassett. The Blast noted that the former rumored lovebirds fell out after Rodrigo released her debut single, "Driver's License," in 2020.

Fans would remember that Bassett and the "good 4 u" hitmaker hit it off when they appeared on "High School Musical: The Musical: The Series" together. The pair played their roles so well that fans became obsessed with their on-screen chemistry, fueling real-life romance rumors between them.

All appeared to be well between the duo until actress and singer-songwriter Sabrina Carpenter entered the chat, prompting onlookers to assume that they were caught in a weird love triangle. It certainly did not help when the 21-year-old actor was seen at a Los Angeles protest with Carpenter by his side.

So, when Rodrigo dropped "Driver's License," fans assumed the subliminal messages were about the relationship drama between her, Carpenter, and Bassett. It also did not help when Bassett released his track, "Lie, Lie, Lie," one week after his alleged ex's song hit the airwaves.

Luckily, all appears well as the co-stars were friendly toward each other at the "HSMTMTS" season three premiere. They even took things a step further by posing for photos on the red carpet, just the two of them. Rodrigo shared two images from the event on Instagram, shocking her knowledgeable followers, and her caption read:

"Love all these people so so so much. knowing and working with them has been one of the greatest joys of my life. episode 1 of season 3 of hsmtmts is streaming now! wildcats forever." The post has over 4 million likes and nearly 13k comments.
