Chris Hemsworth Melts Instagram Playing Doting Dad On 'Epic Camping Trip'

"Thor: Love & Thunder" may have had a somewhat mountainous rise and fall at the BO, neatly tied and wrapped up to end the Thor saga, but Chris Hemsworth is on a high. A camping high, with his boys. The doting dad recently took his sons on an "epic camping trip" which included all sorts of adventures, albeit much safer than Thor.

Instagram fans and followers of Hemsworth adored the sweet pics of him with his kids, although, the kangaroos were a definite hit as well.

Earlier this month, on August 11, Hemsworth turned 39, and his kids served him the most epic cake as well. Hemsworth shares a 10-year-old daughter, India Rose, as well as 8-year-old twin boys Tristan and Sasha with wife Elsa Pataky, and they sure keep their dad on his toes.

On his birthday, his children got him a special cake, straight outta the freezer, described by the Marvel actor as, "Thanks for all the birthday love! And this tremendous cake that my kids made by scooping all the leftover ice cream out of the freezer onto a plate."

He also added a hashtag, "best cake ever"!

Fans were rather tickled, writing in cheeky comments like:

"Gonna use this idea for a cake in the future ?"

"kids keeping it real."

Here's the sweet birthday celebration, and we have to admit, the "Hip-Hip-Hooray" is adorbs!

This rather evocative image of a dad with his hands full is something Hemsworth cheekily captioned: "As Founder of Centrfit, I take my role in personally trying out every program seriously. This one was a full-body and emotionally taxing workout specifically designed for parents. It didn’t make the cut."

Despite his humorous take on parenting, Hemsworth is a fairly hands-on dad, as he recently took his son camping in the great Australian outdoors.

Hemsworth's post carried the caption, "Epic camping trip with my boys. Surfing, fishing, roasting marshmallows, and wrestling kangaroos. Ain’t nothing like it!" The pictures showed his boys having a blast, surfing, camping, and jumping off huge rocks with even bigger grins on their little faces.

Instagram definitely appreciated the "best dad of the year" and filled up his post with plenty of positive comments.

Fans also wanted to know, "Are kangaroos generally friendly creatures?" The answer is sometimes, but sometimes not.

It's not just his sons that Hemsworth dotes on, he makes sure to give a shoutout to just about everyone he loves, especially his wife, the very stunning Elsa Pataky, and his brothers, Luke & Liam Hemsworth.

For Elsa's 46th birthday on July 18, Hemsworth boasted about his Spanish skills, which were limited to birthday wishes for her, of course.

Hemsworth also recently promoted his brother, Luke's new movie on his Instagram page, writing, "Check out my brother Luke, in this beautiful Australian film 'Bosch and Rockit'."

Fans were happy to take on as many Hemsworths as they could, with comments like:
