Lisa Rinna Takes Responsibility For Recent Social Media Shenanigans

For the women of the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," the thought of having a sense of self-awareness has been a reoccurring topic during the current season of the long-running series. Many of season 12's storylines have revolved around debates among the 'RHOBH' ladies on whether one Beverly Hills babe has too much, (or too little), insight into her personal shenanigans!

Bravo devotees have witnessed Dorit Kemsley come to terms with a shocking home invasion, Garcelle Beauvais confront Erika Jayne over her worrisome inebriated behavior, Crystal Kung-Minkoff struggling with presenting her authentic self to her co-stars in a way she feels understood by them, and Sutton Stracke and Diana Jenkins butting heads over whether the other one is putting on a fake front to name a few situations. Phew!

With so much drama from the last year being brought to the surface and into the Twitterverse from Beverly Hills, it makes sense for social media to continuously be lit up on a weekly basis with hot takes from the women themselves.

Multiple Housewives have come under fire so far this season for their concerning behavior.

'RHOBH' veteran Kyle Richards made a public apology on Instagram after she and her husband Mauricio Umansky appeared to laugh off an incident where Jayne had been rude to Beauvais' teenage son after enjoying one too many adult beverages, Jenkins was soon under fire after a rather tone-deaf social media interaction, resulting in a social media conversation alleging Jenkins having racist beliefs.

Richards' fellow veteran 'RHOBH' co-star, Lisa Rinna, has also had a moment or two during the season where she's let the world know exactly how she feels about the current state of the series, and how she feels certain situations were handled.

Her mother, who had been a staple of the series, passed away at the end of 2021. Rinna did not hold back on her feelings over how 'RHOBH' had portrayed Lois' passing.

The Blast covered Rinna's social media response after the episodes aired.

The 59-year-old vented her frustration in an Instagram post where she wrote, "I'm shocked we spent 3 episodes on the work 'dark,' but only a few scenes shown of real human grief."

She has also received social media backlash for an Instagram story response regarding fan reception regarding Jenkins' behavior at Beauvais' now infamous birthday bash.

Rinna later issued a public apology for the incident. She wrote, "I have had a really rough time of it," she began, "I think you've seen how hard this has hit me. I'm sorry if I've raged on you, about you- it really has nothing to do with any of you..." (via The Blast).

Not every public moment has been a negative one for Rinna, however. Lately, she has been able to put aside any past animosity with former 'RHOBH' star Denise Richards to congratulate her on her new OnlyFans venture!

Rinna's response to Richards' new gig was encouraging! She cheered Richards on in an episode of "Watch What Happens Live" with Andy Cohen.

"She's going to make more money than she did on the show," she shared to Cohen, "I mean, 'come on!'"

Rinna's whirlwind year and reactions to the seemingly never-ending string of situations where she has landed herself in hot water have not gone unchecked by the entertainer and entrepreneur.

The Rinna Beauty CEO returned to Cohen's hot seat earlier this week to reflect and explain herself.

Her exchange with Cohen had been a productive one. The long-time colleagues covered a lot of ground.

According to People, Rinna called herself "a freaking mess" in a response to Cohen's question about her recent social media activity. She added "You can call me what you want!" to the statement.

Cohen retorted she had been "a double disaster" online lately.

"Call me that! I am, it's true," she began in response, "Andy, I've just been a nightmare right now, that's all I can tell you. I have been a flipping nightmare. I know it, I acknowledge it, I have tried to fix it as much as I can. I am fully aware. I am self-aware that I am a mess right now, I'm just a mess. So let's hope it gets better."
