Reality star Erika Jayne's legal drama seems to have no end in sight.

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star has been embroiled in legal trouble since last year. This followed multiple claims filed in court that she and her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, embezzled the settlement funds assigned to help the victims of Lion Air Flight 610.

While the actress has a bit of respite after a court in Illinois dismissed her from the embezzlement suit months ago, Edelson Pc, who filed the initial case in court, has slammed the "Pretty Mess" singer with a new $50 million lawsuit just as she arrived Los Angeles airport, California from a vacation in Hawaii.

According to a video clip and exclusive pictures obtained by Page Six, the 51 – year -old was seen exiting the airport with a piece of hand luggage when an unidentified woman dressed in black approached her to give her a set of papers stacked into two groups.

Jayne, who was dressed in white joggers and a matching hoodie, looked less interested in knowing what the papers exactly contained as she received them with an expressionless face and continued on her way to the exit door.

"I just wanted to give you these documents. This is a summons and complaint to serve you," the anonymous woman said.

Before being served the suit, Jayne had been vacationing in Hawaii with her cast mates Lisa Rinna, 59, and Diana Jenkins, 49. She slept at a fancy Maui Airbnb for five nights that cost $250,000 a month, apparently continuing to live her flashy life amid the legal troubles she has been facing with Girardi.

The Lawsuit

The stack of papers contained claims filed by Edelson PC, accusing the reality star of nine offenses, including racketeering, conspiring to perpetrate racketeering, engaging in illicit business practices, and fraud.

"Tom and Erika routinely misappropriated client settlement money to project an image of wealth and to prop up a lifestyle made for reality TV," the lawsuit alleged.

Edelson PC also alleged in the document that Jayne's EJ Global company, which the California Franchise Tax Board has since suspended, was a front for the real purpose of "funneling money from Girardi Keese" for her personal use.

Due to its suspension, Jayne can no longer utilize EJ Global for business-related purposes. Additionally, the business is unable to transfer or sell real estate. The reality is not allowed to shut down the company until the problems that caused its suspension has been resolved.

More Claims

Jayne has maintained her innocence since the start of the legal drama, claiming that she was unaware of Girardi's "scheme," which allegedly embezzled settlement funds meant to help the victims of Lion Air Flight 610.

However, the new docs seem to refute the tv personality's stance, alleging she was a co-conspirator and the 'frontwoman' of the operation, who sold to the world that her estranged husband was successful via her excessive spending, exotic trips, and all-around lavish lifestyle.

The reality star was previously dismissed from a Girardi's embezzlement lawsuit in Illinois filed by Edelson in April. The new docs, refiled in California, are now "prosecuting the claims of the clients (the widows and orphans)," as opposed to the original document, which had several limitations that prompted its dismissal.

Before getting swamped in back-to-back legal troubles, Jayne filed for divorce from Girardi after 21 years of marriage in November 2020.

"After much consideration, I have decided to end my marriage to Tom Girardi. This is not a step taken lightly or easily. I have great love and respect for Tom and for our years and the lives we built together," the actress said at the time (via People.)

However, as reported by The Blast, last week's episode of "RHOBH" revealed that Jayne was in no hurry to finalize her separation from Girardi for financial reasons.

"It's ironic, but if I was divorced from Tom, I'd have to pay him alimony," the reality star confessed to her castmates.

"Like, I'm legally separated, so my life has moved on, and everything is separate. But I can't get a divorce right now. There's so much legal s—t going on."
