Prince Harry Is NOT Feeling The Love With Stepmom Camilla, According To Royal Family Expert

According to British royal family expert Ingrid Seward, Prince Harry "doesn't have great respect" for Duchess Camilla of Cornwall, his father's second wife. During her recent appearance on a podcast, Seward shared her opinion and observation of Prince Harry's relationship with the Duchess.

Seward revealed that the relationship between Prince Harry and the Duchess went "off boil," and now he is no longer interested in developing a relationship with her. She also discussed the Prince's upcoming memoir and predicted the reactions of the royal family and the public to the book's contents.

Seward recently featured on Mirror's Save the Queen podcast (Via DailyMail) saying, "I don't think Harry is interested in developing a relationship with his stepmother at this stage in his life." She explained that the Prince "doesn't have great respect" for Camilla and basically has "no interest" in building a personal relationship with her.

Camilla married Prince Harry's father, Prince Charles, in 2005, after decades of romance that was a big contributing factor to the disagreements and split between Prince Charles and Princess Diana, mother to Prince Harry and Prince William.

According to Seward, Harry's relationship with Camilla used to be lukewarm until it went "off boil." Now, the 37-year-old Prince apparently does not "have a great deal of warmth" and affection for his stepmother.

During the podcast interview, Seward explained that Prince Harry and Prince William were initially "very happy" to welcome Camilla to the family and accept her relationship with their father. After they got married, the Duchess kept "in the background" and "didn't interfere" in their personal business and lives, which helped keep things calm.

However, things have changed a lot since then, such as Harry's exit from his primary Prince duties, after which he moved to California with his wife, Meghan Markle. Seward explained that she's not so sure of where his relationship with Camilla is, especially after his most recent visit to Britain, for the Queen's celebration.

She said, "I don't think Harry has a great deal of warmth for her; he waxes and wanes with her. I don't know about the recent trip, but certainly, I think Harry was quite happy to accept Camilla in the beginning but then went off the boil about her, and I don't think he holds her in great respect."

Seward isn't the only royal expert to express that Harry has little interest in Camilla. According to the DailyMail Tina Brown, Princess Diana's biographer, recently claimed that Prince "can't stand" the Duchess and that he might further deepen his current rift with his family by "going after" Camilla and Prince Charles in his upcoming memoir.

Brown said, "William was disgusted about Meghan's attack on Kate because she can't answer back. But that's nothing compared to how furious he's going to be when this book comes out. Because Harry's not going to go after the Queen, she's sacrosanct."

"And he probably won't go after Kate, whom he's very fond of," she continued, "But he will go after Charles and Camilla and maybe William. And that's so unhelpful to them all at this particular moment; for William that's the big cloud in their relationship right now."

Brown, who authored the "Diana Chronicles" in 2006, also revealed that Prince Harry never fully warmed up to Camilla and accepted her into the family. In her book "The Palace Papers," she quoted a palace worker who told her that whenever the family had Harry and Camilla in the same room, he would remain silent and glare at her.

She also revealed that although Prince William has accepted his father's relationship with his stepmom, Duchess Camilla, his younger brother, Prince Harry is particularly angry that the Duchess will become Queen Consort when Queen Elizabeth passes and Prince Charles becomes King. Unfortunately, there is nothing he can do to stop it.
