Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck Are Officially MARRIED -- See The Marriage Certificate!

Jennifer Lopez and Hollywood leading man Ben Affleck have finally tied the know, and we've got our hands on the PROOF! 

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Lopez and Affleck -- also known as Bennifer -- officially married in Las Vegas over the weekend. We have located the docket for the couple's marriage license -- and it is legit!

As you know, the couple initially met on the set of the movie "Gigli" way back in 2001 and began what many will consider one of Hollywood's biggest romances. Their love affair even led to an engagement, but unfortunately, the couple called it quits on their relationship due to "excessive media attention."

After going through several romances, Lopez and Affleck rekindled their love affair, got engaged for the second time, and now are reportedly MARRIED!!

The Hollywood power couple has reportedly gotten married and did it in the most romantic way possible, alone in the desert, like little kids trying to elope!

According to the court documents, Bennifer tied the know on Saturday, July 16th, in Clark County, Nevada. 

Sources close to Lopez and Affleck confirmed that the two have indeed tied the knot and the marriage license is proof of their wedded bliss.

As earlier reported by The Blast, Lopez dropped the bombshell news of their engagement by releasing a video on her Facebook page, telling fans about the exciting moment Affleck popped the question!

In the video, she said, "So I have a really exciting and special story to share," before directing her fans to her newsletter, onthejlo.com, which she calls her "personal circle," where she shares very personal secrets and information about her life.

Affleck proposed to the multi-talented entertainer with a stunning green-hued diamond ring that was equally as pricey as the pink diamond he gave her the first time they got engaged. It was also super commendable that the actor chose the color green this time around as it's very significant to Lopez.

The couple also notably ensured they kept their romance as private as possible in order to avoid the level of media hounding they received in their past relationship, which ultimately tore them apart. 

This time around, the couple ensured that they got things right, and with the news of their marriage, it definitely looks like they did.

Affleck recently confessed in Lopez's new Netflix documentary "Halftime" that he was astonished by the huge amount of abuse hurled at him and the actress during the first run of their relationship.

"I said to her once, 'Doesn't this bother you?'. And she said, 'I'm Latina. I'm a woman. I expected this. You just don't expect it. You expect to be treated fairly.'"

Although Lopez claimed back then that being insulted and smeared in the tabloids did not affect her, the constant onslaught eventually wore down the pair, with them going their separate ways but remaining as close friends.

"Our relationship did suffer because of that," Lopez said to Hello Magazine years after her break-up with her now-husband, Affleck. "That was one of the reasons. I mean, I would never blame the media for anything, but it definitely played a part in the dynamic of our relationship."

On Father's Day, Lopez released a post on Instagram praising Affleck for his efforts towards the children and dubbing him a very "consistent and selfless" father.

The Instagram video showed several images and videos of the couple together with Lopez's voice audible in the background.

The actress opened up about how happy and fortunate she felt, being able to share and build a family with someone who loved her deeply and was very dedicated to having and building a family.

She stated, "I love the idea of the future and what we can create. But I really just want to savor the moment and stay real present in it as much as I can." 

The post was captioned, "Happy Father's Day to the most caring, loving, affectionate, consistent and selfless Daddy ever."

With the news of Lopez and Affleck's long-awaited wedding, we can only wish the newly wedded couple nothing but love and happiness.
