Chelsea Houska is earning her Instagram cash like the rest of them. With 5.7 million followers, the "Teen Mom 2" star is the most followed member of the MTV franchise, and her most recent post is seeing her bring in some dough.

Chelsea's weekend update came right on time for anyone looking to lose the holiday weight. The famous redhead was promoting weight loss brand Profile Sanford – the company operates out of physical locations, although it does serve up its own range of diet products.

Chelsea did offer her followers an incentive to sign up to Profile Sanford via her caption, also squeezing in the very important New Year's mention.

"Getting ready to start 2020 off right! This is the hardest time of year to stay on track. That’s what I love so much about Profile – you don’t have to do it alone. You have a coach that helps you make a plan and stick to it! This is my coach Jill– couldn’t do it without you Jill!! ?," she wrote.

"If you want to try Profile for yourself, go to the link in my bio and use the promo code CHELSEA to get $100 off your membership! @profile_sanford," Houska added.

The photo of Chelsea learning up on her Profile Sanford nutrition was pretty much what you could expect from a celebrity promoting a diet product. Chelsea was sitting down in her ultra-stylish ripped jeans and concentrating on some reading.

The mom of three has also had to concentrate on fan comments – for the most part, Chelsea's fans couldn't get enough of her style, but some responses were less positive.

"Too much with the free ads?," one user wrote.

"Don't prey on your fan's insecurities especially by posting 'relatable' content. You're better than this," another user told the star.

Meanwhile, former "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans has been attracting comments regarding her apparent weight gain.

In many ways, it was as if Chelsea wasn't even in promotional mode.

"Are your jeans from @lauribelles? So cute!" a fan wrote, mentioning the Lauribelles clothing brand that Chelsea influences for (and now has a collaboration with).

"What tanning product do you use?! another follower asked.

"Love your jacket Chelsea!" saw yet another style compliment come out.

As to Profile Sanford, questions did come in. Some users were frustrated that the company doesn't operate in their area. Others, however, had their eye on the price.

"$100 OFF??? HOLY CRAP HOW MUCH IS IT," one follower asked.

Profile Sanford doesn't appear to advertise its prices too easily on the company website, however it does offer a pdf with a little more info.

"The membership fee is $300 which includes a full one-year of coaching, an individualized plan developed

specifically for you, access to profileplan.net and our smart body scale and bridge to track your results. Membership also provides a 10% discount on your meal products."

With 5.7 million Instagram followers, the update likely netted Chelsea a healthy profit, as Vox reports.

“Influencers with up to 1 million followers can get $10,000 [per post], depending on the platform, and 1 million followers and up, you’re getting into territory where they can charge $100,000.”

Chelsea was also told that she doesn't need to lose weight, with one fan asking the star if she uses Profile Sanford herself.
