'Teen Mom 2': Chelsea Houska Drives Instagram Wild With 'Smoke Show' Husband Cole DeBoer

Chelsea Houska is driving Instagram wild. The "Teen Mom 2" star tends not to update her social media all that often – still, with 5.7 million followers, Chelsea is the most-followed of the MTV franchise's faces.

Chelsea's latest pic was a couples one with hunky husband Cole DeBoer. The full-length photo showed the famous redhead posing next to her man and wearing a glitzy gold top paired with dark pants and heels.

The caption? While a mention of the Lauribelles clothing brand that Chelsea has partnered up with was made, the words were mostly about that husband of hers.

Chelsea and Cole (referred to as a "smoke show" by the star) have definitely gotten noticed. Their snap currently sits at over 280,000 likes, having raked in over 790 comments.

Quick to reply was Cole himself. He challenged Chelsea's words.

"My wife is the true smoke show in this photo," he lovingly wrote.

As to the fans, well, they've been losing it.

"Relationship goals," one fan wrote.

"Why do you always look so beautiful? I'm so jealous haha!!" another added.

"You guys are the CUTEST!" seemed to see one fan need caps.

Cole isn't just a looker. The father to Chelsea's two youngest children has actually saved his wife's life. Earlier this year, Chelsea revealed that she started choking on a meal, only to be saved by her man.

"A couple of weeks ago, I was rushing to eat (steak) and I started choking. SERIOUSLY choking. It would not move up & I could not swallow. Luckily, Cole was home and he performed the Heimlich and was able to get it out! All I kept thinking about was WHAT IF I had been home alone?"

Chelsea and Cole are one of "Teen Mom 2"'s steadiest couples. How they met? Well, it was all pretty random, with the two first meeting at a gas station, per Chelsea's recollection.

“He was across at the other pump. And I looked, and he was staring at me. We didn’t even talk. We just kept looking at each other because we’re both shy," Houska told Us Weekly.

“I went home to my friend and I was like, ‘I just saw the guy I’m going to marry at the gas station, but we didn’t talk," Chelsea stated.

"Teen Mom" faces don't exactly come with the best track record for long-lasting relationships. Former "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans is currently making headlines for having called it quits with husband David Eason. The latest from Jenelle is that she's "happy," though.

While "Teen Mom OG" stars Amber Portwood and Andrew Glennon are in trouble and "Teen Mom 2" stars Leah Messer and Kailyn Lowry aren't with their baby daddies, Chelsea flies the flag for the wholesome family.

Chelsea and Cole are raising their two children Watson and Layne, plus Aubree, whom Chelsea welcomed as a teenager with ex-boyfriend Adam Lind.

Chelsea and Cole have been making the most of their status as a high-profile reality couple. Together, the two have a collaboration with retailer Itzy Ritzy.

More recently, the couple announced their collaboration with eyewear brand, DIFF. Social media snaps have shown Chelsea and Cole rocking the eyewear with (and without) the kids.

Of course, everyone's waiting to see if these two will bring another baby into the world. For the moment, no baby news, but there's still time. There's also that "smoke show" of a husband as an incentive to get things going.
