This fall, the Backstreet Boys will cross off a milestone in their decades-spanning career by joining the ranks of their legendary boyband peers, by releasing their very first Christmas album!

It's no secret the band's decision will put them on Santa's 'nice' list! 'BSB's excitement to spread some holiday cheer is palpable in their TikTok announcement.

Littrel's excitement is contagious at the beginning of the band's TikTok promo! He shares,  "We've always talked about doing a Christmas record, and it just fits!"

The band isn't the only ones who are stoked to break out the Christmas cookie recipe five months early!

One TikToker summed up their excitement by commenting, "FINALLY! Whooohoooo! Move over Mariah Carey," signing her Christmas cheer off with a heart emoji.

The Backstreet Boys KNOW it's about time they drift off into winter wonderland territory and that it is likely time for their millennial fanbase to dust off their CD players and perhaps put their copies of N'Sync's "Home For Christmas" aside for a bit!

According to People, Dorough revealed in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that not only has the band been contemplating the idea of recording a Christmas album since before the COVID-19 pandemic began, but they also had a set of 50-holiday hits on the drawing board for the album's final tracklisting.

The roll-out of singles for "A Very Backstreet Christmas" may also begin with a 'WHAM' of a holiday classic; Dorough also shared that he and his boys are thinking of releasing their cover of the late George Michael's "Last Christmas" to kick off the holiday season!

'EW A.J.!': McLean Surprises Fans With A Gift Of His Own!

Not only are the Backstreet Boys extremely active on TikTok as a whole, but most members of the band have also 'gone solo' on the app as well!

McLean recently enlisted the help of an actress who knows at least 'a little bit' about playing characters with a pop star flair. He and "Schitt's Creek" star Annie Murphy teamed up to give TikTokers the perfect combination of a 'little bit' of boyband sparkle, and 'a little bit Alexis!'

Murphy briefly brought back Alexis Rose in the clip, as she exclaimed one of her character's signature lines, "EW A.J.!" as McLean channeled a bit of Alexis' flair for hand gestures. She is clearly overcome by McLean's excitement, too!
