The honor of receiving the Presidential Medal of Freedom comes just once in a lifetime.
And if you are Biles, the event will make you the youngest person to be honored with the Medal, thus giving you a chance to wow people with your outfit.
The 25-year-old shared a glimpse of the dazzling outfit she rocked to the event on her Instagram account.
The image shows only the top part of the athlete in a shiny black attire with a collar and pocket in front while gold jewelry adorned her ears and neck.
Biles was all smiles as President Joe Biden placed the Medal around her neck. She captioned the post with:
"Medal of Freedom [medal emoji] I'm so honored & thankful to be recognized as a recipient by President Biden for this prestigious award. I still have no words. I'm shocked!"
The post has garnered well over 415k likes and 4k comments, with one person claiming that Biles was more than deserving of the honor.
Even her man, Jonathan Owens, stepped into the comment section to point out how proud he was of her. The Houston Texans football player added that it was an "amazing experience" for her.
The Senior international elite was selected to receive the U.S. highest civilian honor for her history-making accomplishments in gymnastics.

Her advocacy work for the mental health and safety of athletes, victims of sexual assault, and children who are in the foster care system was also considered.
The Olympic champ's outspokenness started in 2018 when she stepped forward as a survivor of sexual abuse against doctor Larry Nassar.
That same year, the former U.S. Olympic team doctor pled guilty to seven counts of felony first-degree criminal sexual conduct - he was sentenced to up to 175 years in prison.
Biles must have felt on top of the world, receiving the same honor as long-standing Hollywood and philanthropic heavyweights.
According to The Blast, the gymnastic superstar was set to receive the Medal alongside heavyweights like Denzel Washington, Raúl Yzaguirre, Brigadier General Wilma Vaught, late Richard Trumka, and Father Alexander Karloutsos.
Others include Sister Simone Campbell, Dr. Julieta García, Alan Simpson, Megan Rapinoe, Diane Nash, Sandra Lindsay, Khizr Khan, Fred Gray, Gabby Giffords, late Senator John McCain, and Steve Jobs.

When she is not clinching the youngest person to receive the country's highest civilian honor position, Biles is off on vacation.
The most decorated gymnast in the States reminded her followers of her quiet life when she shared two images that showed her in front of a body of water on Instagram.

The first photo showed Biles looking away from the camera with her hands in front of her midriff. In the next slide, she left nothing to the imagination as she turned her back to give fans a full view of her derrière and her braids resting on it.
The 2016 Summer Olympics gold medalist looked stunning in the lemon green bikini she rocked to the undisclosed location.
The Blast previously reported that the bikini's top crisscrossed at her collarbone and showed off her belly button piercing and cleavage.
She paired the fit with her engagement ring and some jewelry pieces on her wrists. Biles had a message for people who loved bringing her trouble in the caption that read, "only BS I need is beach & sun [green love, beach tree, & sun emojis]."
Since she shared the pictures, they have received over 128k likes and hundreds of comments. While one person exclaimed "facts!" another noted she had "strong words."
Somebody else wondered how the plan for her wedding to Owen was going since her last update. The update in question is the snapshot Biles uploaded to her Instagram to inform fans that she was "one step closer to becoming Mrs. Owens."
Below, she had check-marked the words "date" and "venue" – confirming to followers and supporters that she and Owens were good to go on those two.
Her fans and followers were beyond excited for the seven-time Olympic gold medalist who previously faced some challenges finding a location.
