Travis Barker Rushed To Hospital... For Pancreatitis?!

On Wednesday, fans learned why Travis Barker was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday.

As TMZ first reported, his wife Kourtney Kardashian, 43, rushed the Blink-182 drummer, 46, to the West Hills Hospital and Medical Center on Tuesday morning. Things apparently took a turn for a worse, as he was then transported to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles by ambulance!

Photos showed the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star trailing along behind the ambulance as his security detail followed in black cars. His condition is still unknown, but by Wednesday afternoon, sources told TMZ just why Travis Barker is in the hospital.

Sources told TMZ that Travis’ pancreas became inflamed due to a recent colonoscopy procedure. It’s not clear when he had the procedure, as the two tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at a castle in Italy just over a month ago.

Symptoms of pancreatitis include nausea, intense stomach pain, and vomiting, and, according to the Mayo Clinic, may start suddenly and last for days, or it can even occur over many years, so it’s a good thing “The Kardashians” star took him to the hospital!

Unfortunately, his current condition is unknown, but fans are hoping that he’ll be able to make a full recovery now that doctors have given him a diagnosis.

On Tuesday, Travis tweeted out a cryptic message, saying, "God save me," which might potentially be in reference to his health scare.

Singer Mod Sun tweeted, "Prayers up for Travis tonight" as news broke of his hospitalization.

Kid Cudi tweeted, "Travis I love u and im prayin for u." The two had previously collaborated on his 2011 song "Cool Head."

Although members of the Kardashian and Jenner family have yet to publicly comment on his health scare, his daughter Alabama did take to Instagram to ask fans for prayers.

Travis' daughter, Alabama Barker, took to Instagram to ask fans to "Please send your prayers" amid the news that he was hospitalized.

This is the second health scare for the family, as Kourtney recently recovered from COVID-19 for the second time since returning from Italy.

The Poosh founder took to her lifestyle blog to share tips on how to keep symptoms of COVID-19 at bay, including vitamins, essential oils, and facial steamers. It's unclear at this time if Travis Barker was also diagnosed with COVID-19.

As The Blast reported this morning, Travis' son with ex-wife Shanna Moakler, Landon Barker, performed at a show with Machine Gun Kelly in Madison Square Garden. The two performed to an enormous crowd in New York City but did not directly address Travis' hospitalization.
