Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker's marriage has hit their first public obstacle. The newlyweds faced the "in sickness" part of their vow today in a scary incident that saw the Blink-182 drummer rushed to the hospital.
Details surrounding the health scare remain largely unknown, but Barker has his beloved wife Kourtney by his side through this ordeal.
Travis Barker Rushed To Hospital In Ambulance
TMZ broke the news that Barker was taken to the hospital in the morning. The drummer and Kourtney reportedly visited West Hills hospital on Tuesday morning.
However, it seems his health escalated as he was pictured being transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center from West Hills in an ambulance.
The rock band member was photographed lying on a stretcher outside Cedars-Sinai Medical Center with his wife of almost a month walking next to him. Kourtney was dressed somber for the event, wearing a black skull hoodie with matching baggy joggers.
Kourtney and other members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan are yet to divulge any information about the situation. However, Barker might have given a hint on social media that the health challenge was serious.
Amid his health ordeal, the "Let's Go" artist made a cryptic tweet around 10:45 a.m. local time, writing, "God save me." The cryptic tweet has raised eyebrows with fans wondering if it's indeed a cry for help or if he's simply announcing the name of his new track with his good pal, Machine Gun Kelly.
Causing more concern for fans is his daughter Alabama Barker's request on Instagram Story asking her followers to "please send your prayers."
The Poosh Founder Just Recovered From COVID-19
Barker's health scare comes days after his wife opened up about her second encounter with COVID-19. The eldest of the Kardashian sisters shared the news on her lifestyle blog while sharing tips on how she was able to successfully conquer the virus for the second time.
The 43-year-old revealed that she relied on touchless thermometers and, using essential oils like peppermint oil, eucalyptus, and lavender in face steamers to help with nasal congestion.

She shared that she increased her intake of vitamins and stayed hydrated with a packet of Liquid I.V X Poosh daily. However, her most notable tip was to "starve" the fever.
"I like to starve my fever like my grandma always taught me," Kourt wrote. The Poosh founder didn't share if her husband contracted the virus or not.
The Lovebirds Got Just Married Last Month
As stated earlier, Barker and Kourtney are still in the honeymoon phase of their wedding when they were hit with the health scare.
As The Blast reported, the lovebirds made things official, having two headline-making wedding ceremonies. First, the couple made things legal in early May going to a downtown courthouse on Anacapa in Santa Barbara, to file paperwork to make them husband and wife.
The civil ceremony was super intimate for the lovers with only Kourtney's grandmother and Barker's father present in photos. The pair's kids and other family members weren't in attendance.
However, the big ceremony came weeks later in a lavish destination wedding held at Castello Brown, a 16th-century castle in the seaside town of Portofino, Italy.
The extravagant yet intimate ceremony saw family and close friends in attendance. Kourtney changed outfits multiple times and wore a veil that paid tribute to her man's head tattoo.
The elaborate veil, which was paired with a custom, one-of-a-kind Dolce & Gabbana mini corset dress, featured flowers of the Mediterranean-style gardens in Portofino, with a cross-stitch embroidery depicting the Virgin Mary right in the center.
The cross-stitch embroidery bore a striking resemblance to the Virgin Mary inking on his head, referencing his catholic religion.
