Pink is certainly known for speaking out concerning issues she disagreed with. The 42-year-old previously addressed a case concerning a Norwegian female beach handball team protesting against their uniforms.

The team refused to wear the required bikini bottoms they were told to wear during games. This action by the 10-member team incurred penalty fines, all of which Pink volunteered to pay and then congratulated them for their bravery.

"I'm VERY proud of the Norwegian female beach handball team FOR PROTESTING THE VERY SEXIST RULES ABOUT THEIR 'uniform,'" the artist wrote. "The European handball federation SHOULD BE FINED FOR SEXISM. Good on ya, ladies. I'll be happy to pay your fines for you. Keep it up."
