Bethenny Frankel is all about body positivity! The “Real Housewives of New York City” star made fans drool over the weekend when she showed off her banging body in a gorgeous two-piece bikini set.
However, rather than make fans marvel at her toned body, Frankel got candid about her struggles with keeping up with the exercise & diet culture while promoting self-love.
Bethenny Frankel Looks Gorgeous In Unfiltered Bikini Pic
The reality star took to Instagram to share a candid, unfiltered picture of her enjoying a sunny day out by the pool. Frankel was seen posing some steps away from the large pool as though she was getting ready to step in.

The “Shark Tank” alum looked ravishing, rocking a blue bikini set that framed her athletic figure. The halterneck top featured a square ring in the center that accentuated her cleavage, while the low-cut bottom drew attention to her lithe waist and toned mid-riff.
Despite it being a breezy day at the pool, Frankel was dressed to the nines, accessorizing with a silver necklace with a diamond love pendant and matching earrings.
She kept safe from the harsh rays with a fashionable sun hat — her hair neatly tucked underneath it — and a pair of huge stylish black sunglasses. Frankel didn’t fail to show off her neatly done pedicure and manicure, which matched with her bright red lipstick.
The television personality was undoubtedly a sight to behold, but it was her authentic caption that caught fans’ attention.
“Here’s the unfortunate truth. I rarely exercise. I hate water. I prioritize sleep but fail. I eat whatever I want but I never binge,” Frankel’s caption started.
She continued, “I run around like a lunatic with endless energy… in my 20s & 30s I dieted & exercised endlessly & was much heavier & less happy overall with my physical appearance.”
Explaining that she wasn’t as perfect as social media portrays, Frankel revealed that although she has good skin she sags in some places and looks thin.
She concluded her message, writing, “I choose balance and happiness & doing the best that I can. When I’m 90 I won’t wish I exercised more, that’s for sure. #noglam #nofilter #loveyourself.”
Frankel’s body positivity message was applauded by her 2.6 million followers, amassing several likes and comments. One fan gushed, “Your honesty is what you makes you relatable…never stop. From day one on TV, I knew you were going to shine like no other. Will always be #teambethanny.”
The ‘RHONY’ Star Hailed Johnny Depp As A ‘Hero’

Frankel’s show-stopping bikini photo comes weeks after she shared her thoughts on the highly publicized Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard defamation trial.
As The Blast reported, during a May episode of her podcast, “Just B with Bethenny Frankel Podcast,” the 51-year-old slammed Heard with no remorse, calling the “Aquaman” actress the “craziest woman that’s walked this planet.”
She, however, had nothing but praises for Depp, saying, “Johnny Depp looks like a hero only in a relationship with Amber Heard,” before adding that the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star would be “f—ing anointed Gandhi and the pope” once the trial is over.
She even joked that Queen Elizabeth II would offer Depp a knighthood for being “the hero in this crazy villain story.”
Showing love for Depp, who was awarded $10 million in the defamation trial, Frankel said, “It doesn’t make any sense. Johnny Depp plus anyone besides Amber Heard is a raving, [MDMA], cocaine, s—-in-bed-tolerating man.”
An Instagram Post Turned Lawsuit
Back in April, the “Wish Me Luck” star got involved in legal issues when she was sued by an enraged paparazzi photographer for a photo she shared on Instagram.

The New York City photographer named Marcus Santos filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Frankel at the Manhattan federal court, accusing her of breaking copyright laws by uploading one of his licensed photos without giving him credit.
The picture in question depicted the devastating aftermath caused by Hurricane Maria in 2017 in a residential neighborhood in Puerto Rico. When she posted the image in May 2018, the Skinnygirl lifestyle brand founder used it to promote her philanthropic efforts in the Caribbean island.
Santos demanded damages and monetary relief in a bid reclaim the profits made from the photo’s use. He also requested a jury trial for the lawsuit.
