In honor of Lopez’s latest accomplishment, the event’s organizers shared a video of the icon’s unique acceptance speech on Twitter, which left the singer in tears.
For the special night, the honoree stepped out in a daring all-black Mônot gown designed with a zipper vest-inspired leather bodice, a plunging neckline, side cut-outs, and an asymmetric skirt, accentuating J.Lo’s voluptuous curves.
