On Tuesday, Sydney took to Instagram to celebrate eight months of fitness with her son, who has yet to be named.
“Celebrating completing my 8th program pregnant with you on my YouTube channel and this one hits different!” she wrote in the caption.
“More than likely this was my last FULL month of uploading brand new workouts to the channel for a couple months (don’t worry, I have programs ready for you while I am recovering) and although I plan to keep uploading throughout June as long as it feels good (and your new June workout calendar will be up for you today!) it’s a sentimental moment and I took a second yesterday to shed a few tears and reflect on making it to our birth month,” she continued.

“When I found out @d_houdyshell and I were expecting a baby, I was so scared of how hard it would be to stay fit be for those next 9 months,” she continued. “While it wasn’t always easy and I wasn’t always full of energy, I always felt better when I crushed a workout and moved my body. Just like when you’re not pregnant, some days feel amazing, other days feel tougher, but we can make it by showing up to do our best.”
“Now I’m rocking into June planning to do as many workouts as I can and making sure you’re taken care of with your new calendar this month so when I have to bow out to welcome our little man to the world, you’ll be set with your program with a workout that I’ve posted!” she added.
