Chris Pratt & Katherine Schwarzenegger 2nd Baby Named With 'Bridgerton' Vibes

There's baby fever at the Schwarzenegger-Pratt house as Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have announced the birth of their second child.

The "Guardians of the Galaxy" star and his author wife posted on Instagram this Sunday, to share they had welcomed their second baby on Saturday in a twin post, and the congratulatory messages are flowing in.

Pratt and Schwarzenegger married in 2019, and their first baby, daughter Lyla Schwarzenegger Pratt, was born in August 2020. He also shares a 9-year-old son, Jack, with his ex-wife Anna Faris.

When Lyla was yet to turn one, the 42-year-old actor teased that he was open to having "as many [kids] as the man upstairs will provide." The actor added, "We'll do it. I'll probably have to talk to Katherine about that but my plan is, let's go."

At the time, Pratt also spoke about being a father of two kids calling his experience "really beautiful" and admitting that he did not "roughhouse as much" and preferred to "cuddle" with his kids.

He said, "I think having a second child really emphasizes what was unique about your first child because when you have one kid, you just take for granted all their growth and development. You just assume all children are that way."

Meanwhile Schwarzenegger, the daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, also hails from a large family, so having more kids is not out of the question for her.

Much like their firstborn, daughter Lyla, their second born is also a daughter and the celebratory messages are pouring in.

Maria Shriver wrote, "bravo baby your such an awesome mama your little girl is so lucky ?" on her daughter's IG post, and "we are so blessed bravo congrats" on Chris's page.

Pratt's page overflowed with celebrity comments.

Yvonne Strahovski wrote, "Oh Chris congrats to you both !!! Lots of love to you and the growing fam ❤️"

Zachary Levi commented, "Congrats, brother! Sending love and light to y’all! ??"

Gal Gadot wrote a short but sweet note, "Mazal tov! Congrats ? ?" while Vin Diesel sent an emoji.

Earlier, Schwarzenegger had opened up about how Pratt is an awesome dad, saying, "My husband has always been super-supportive and also very vocal. He'll look at our daughter (Lyla) and be like, 'Can you believe you're able to feed, your body is able to feed your baby?'"

Isn't that sweet, coming from the Starlord?

The proud parents posted this announcement with the caption, "We are so excited to announce the birth of our second daughter, Eloise Christina Schwarzenegger Pratt. Mama and baby are doing well. We feel beyond blessed and grateful. Love, Katherine, and Chris."

The name "Eloise" takes us straight back to Netflix's hit series, "Bridgerton" where she is the nerdish sister, almost spinster-ish in her avoidance of societal rules.
