During the program, Corden wanted to know how the 36-year-old was coping, living in Denver's altitude, and she told him that she could literally feel it.

She elaborated saying, "My last rehearsal was crazy. I was like, I need a break. We had a couple breaks in the schedule, like, just take a moment and pause and breathe. You can really feel it."

The beautiful dancer added that advancing up the stairs was more like she had worked out for an hour. However, she believed there was a brighter side to the challenges as it got them more geared up. Ciara said:

"There's an advantage to that as well, you know. Training there for a good bit, then you're going to be ready for the opponents, you're going to be ready for when it's time to hit the stage. I had extra wind. I was like, 'Let's go.'"

The show's host asked if Russell had the same view as hers regarding the advantage, but the musician only voiced her thoughts, saying she was the competitive type and the altitude made her have "strong endurance."

She noted, "You're conditioning at an abnormal attitude, so you're like really extra – you have strong endurance. Like you're really ready."

Around the period Ciara's husband became the Denver Broncos' quarterback, The Blast shared details of the loving wife's Instagram posts, showing a photoshoot of the Wilson family and several more snaps on her Instagram Story.
