Fans love Mark Hamill. Fans love “Star Wars.” And fans really love Mark Hamill talking about “Star Wars.”

When Hamill first stepped into the role of Luke Skywalker in “A New Hope” in 1977, he had no idea that it was a role that he would eventually become best known for. Although his role in the films is (likely) over, he has made de-aged appearances as Luke Skywalker in the Disney+ live-action series “The Book of Boba Fett” and “The Mandalorian.”

Although it’s hard to say what the future holds for Hamill’s adventures in a galaxy far, far away, Hamill has been entertaining his followers with a look back at the past and today was no exception.

Mark Hamill Says Their Goofiness Always Seemed To Cheer Up George Lucas

The fun started on Saturday afternoon when Zane Hubbard tweeted a funny behind-the-scenes “Star Wars” video from “A New Hope” where they did a take, only to realize that a mic was in the picture.

“We need more Star Wars BTS like this!! Absolute gold!” Zane captioned the video, where he also tagged Mark Hamill.

On Wednesday afternoon, Hamill responded to the video. He retweeted the video, along with the caption, “The most fun was when Carrie, Harrison & I all got to work together. Here we are behaving like total brats, ganging up on George [Lucas] & teasing him mercilessly as if the "mike was in picture" was HIS fault!”

Mark Hamill Plays A Guessing Game With Fans To Promote Upcoming Horror Series!

Back in February, Hamill played a game with his fans to help them try to guess the name of his upcoming horror series.

As The Blast previously reported, the veteran voice actor will be stepping behind the camera once again in an upcoming Netflix project created by Mike Flanagan, who is the mastermind behind Netflix horror classics such as “The Haunting of Hill House,” “The Haunting of Bly Manor” and the recent “Midnight Mass.”

Many fans were quickly able to piece together that the name of Mark Hamill's new show is "The Fall of the House of Usher." It wasn't all that hard to piece together, especially considering that Mike Flanagan has been teasing updates about it on Twitter for quite a while!

Hamill will be joined by actress Carla Gugino, who has appeared in many of Flanagan’s other Netflix projects. Oscar nominee Frank Langella has been cast as Usher family patriarch Roderick Usher. “Major Crimes” star Mary McDonnell has been cast as his twin sister, Madeline Usher, and “Alias” actor Carl Lumbly has been cast as detective C.
