Actress Daisy Ridley is celebrating her 30th birthday today!

Daisy Jazz Isobel Ridley was born on April 10, 1992, in Westminster, London, in the U.K. Although she has been in several films, like “Chaos Walking” and “The Marsh King’s Daughter,” Ridley will probably best be known for her role as the Force-sensitive Rey in the “Star Wars” sequel trilogy.

Many fans took to social media to wish her a happy birthday, including actor Mark Hamill, who plays Rey's mentor Luke Skywalker in the sequel trilogy.

On both his Instagram and Twitter social media accounts, Mark Hamill wished Daisy Ridley a happy birthday. He included a behind-the-scenes photo taken while they were filming “The Last Jedi” together, with Mark riding on Daisy’s back similar to how Yoda had ridden on Luke’s back in the original “Star Wars” trilogy while Mark was training on Dagobah.

“SHOUT OUT to #DaisyJazzIsobelRidley for no particular reason, other than being a wonderful actor, a lovely person & for giving me one of the sweetest piggyback rides I've ever had,” Hamill wrote in the caption. “??❤️ #InA_ParkingLotFarFarAway”

On Twitter, Cliff Bleszinski commented on the post, saying, “I was on a Zoom with Bryan Burk and she randomly facetimed him while eating a burrito and I got to say hello. It was weird.”

“The student becomes the master,” another fan wrote.

“This leads me to believe that you have had other piggyback rides which, although they may have been *less* sweet, were still reasonably sweet,” another commented.

“The potential you two had as a master and student duo in Star Wars will never not be a huge missed opportunity,” said another.

“Now I'm disappointed there's no version of The Last Jedi where Rey has to give you a piggyback ride while she trains,” another added.

Earlier in the day, Daisy Ridley shared her own throwback photo from when she was a youngling, before she had honed her lightsaber skills.
