Kendall Jenner Says She Foresaw Kourtney & Travis' Relationship

Kourtney Kardashian and her beau Travis Barker recently became the talk of the town after they decided to take their relationship a notch higher and tie the nuptial knot in Las Vegas.

However, before the pair became involved and started swapping saliva on red carpet events, they were simply good friends and neighbors.

Despite this, Kourt's family had an inkling of the flying sparks. One member of the family, in particular, had noted their great chemistry and had urged Kourtney for years to date Barker: Kendall Jenner.

While speaking to People ahead of their Hulu series release, Kendall Jenner claimed that she knew the pair would end up together.

She also added that she urged her half-sister to take things further with the Blink-182 drummer as they were both good friends at the time. She also jokingly admitted to having a "secret psychic ability."

"I have a secret psychic ability that nobody knows about it and I knew it from very long ago. I always had a feeling and I would encourage her. Every day I'd be like, 'Just do it, just try! Just try. Cause they were really good friends for so long. Just try, take it to the next level. What's it going to hurt?'"

Her other sister, Khloe Kardashian, also mentioned that she saw the flying sparks as well.

"I definitely know Kim, and I have spoken about [their intense connection]. I feel like Kendall and I have," sister Khloé Kardashian shared. "It was perfect timing. It was timing. We were all like, 'Come on, they've just got to hook up.' And they did and they haven't [stopped]."

Though Kourtney admitted to being scared of ruining their friendship, she was glad that things worked out for both of them.

Before the couple started dating each other, they had public relationships with other people. Most specifically, Kourtney was in an unstable relationship with Scott Disick for almost ten years.

Barker, on the other hand, was married two times. He was married to Melissa Kennedy for nine months, and it ended in 2002. He also got hitched to Shanna Moakler in 2002; this, however, ended in 2008.

A source mentioned that Barker was romantically involved with Kourtney's younger sibling, Kim Kardashian. Travis even confirmed this when he wrote about and their romantic trysts in his memoir,

"Can I Say: Living Large, Cheating Death, and Drums, Drums, Drums."

"We went to dinner, we went to lunch," Barker wrote. "With Kim, I wanted to be nothing but a gentleman to her. It was so weird."

However, Barker added that they weren't sexually involved, and the relationship just wasn't "meant to be."

On April 4, 2022, there were reports of Kourtney and Barker holding a wedding ceremony at the One Love Wedding Chapel sans a wedding license.

The chapel owner Marty Frierson recalled to People that it was an intimate affair with so much "kissing and hugging" that they barely "came up for air."

Another source said that the duo went to the chapel on a whim. According to them, it wasn't planned, and it was "a last minute celebration of their love."

When they got to the chapel, they realized they couldn't go through the legalities of a wedding ceremony without a license.

However, the source added that they were going to do "another small wedding" later this year as that was a "test run."

If anything, her sister and mom were glad it did not work out, as they'd have been "upset" to miss the great moment.

"Inside, I was feeling happiness, but outwardly I was like, 'Grr, [I am] missing it,'" Momager Kris Jenner noted.

Although Kourtney shares three children with Disick and Barker shares two kids with Moakler, both parties intend to have a child together.

In a trailer for the Kardashian's new series, Kourtney shared that she and her beloved want to have a child together. There was also a clip of the pair visiting a fertility clinic.

She also confided in Kris Jenner about her IVF process and how it was challenging to do it in the public eye.

While the pair haven't said anything about this, it would appear that fans would be able to follow her fertility journey via the upcoming show.
