At this point, the details of who got what in the split are unknown, but the couple had an iron-clad prenuptial agreement that laid out specifics of their finances in anticipation of any break-up. Essentially, Sean Penn is an extremely wealthy person, and Leila makes money in her own right -- so the couple decides on how things will be separated beforehand in case of a divorce.

Quickly following the divorce filing, the couple agreed to take it out of the public court system and negotiate any terms of the settlement with a private judge. The former couple has no children, so custody and child support won't be an issue.

The only specific terms in the legal filing are that the court will terminate its ability to award spousal support (due to the prenup) and Sean Penn should be responsible to pay for BOTH attorney's fees.
