The country pop singer, 33, rocked a green skintight fitness set in a picture shared to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, March 17.
Jessie flew to Cabo San Lucas to celebrate her husband Eric Decker’s 35th birthday. Despite being on vacation, she makes sure not to neglect her fitness routine as she squeezed in some gym time on Wednesday.
Flaunting Her Chiseled Body
Jessie’s sports bra boasted a scoop neckline that dipped low on her chest, showing her décolletage. The garment had a snug fit on her breasts — pushing them inward — making her voluptuous cleavage pop. The length of the garment allowed her to showcase her washboard abs and taut tummy.
The matching bottoms hugged her body in all the right places. Its waistband hugged her tiny torso, and the sportswear’s high-waisted design obscured her navel from view. The skintight piece helped emphasize the curves of her hips down to her legs. The light-colored ensemble complemented her tanned skin.
Working On Her Fitness
Jessie’s latest post was a mirror selfie that caught her standing inside the gym. It seems like she was the only one there. She posed with her legs parted and one knee bent. The singer was holding a dumbbell with one hand while she used the other hand to take the picture.
Jessie tied her golden locks into a bun, keeping all of the strands away from her face and body. She wore several rings and a dainty necklace as her accessories.
The “Eric & Jessie” star added a note to the photo which read: “Gettin it in everyday 💪”
Why Jessie Works Hard On Her Fitness
While she always looks fit, Jessie revealed in an interview that she doesn’t like to always workout.
“I dread working out because it’s not my favorite thing to do,” Decker told Us Weekly in May 2021. “But man, as soon as it’s over I feel amazing and I’m so glad I did it!”
The singer also shared that she exercises because of her kids — Vivianne Rose, 7, Eric II, 6, and Forrest, 3 — whom she shares with the former NFL star.
She told the outlet that her active lifestyle makes her feel that her “heart is in good shape,” while it also ensures that she has “all of the energy to run around and play with my kids, because trust me, they are busy bodies.”
How Often Does Jessie Workout?
“I work out and lift because I want to feel good and have energy,” Jessie admitted.
She continued, “I want to enjoy the foods I love, like pasta and bread and chocolate chip cookies,” adding, “I drink water all day long and I try not to eat past 6:30 p.m. I take probiotics and fiber on a daily basis.”
Jessie works out up to four times a week for about 40 minutes each time. She also noted that she does not like to be obsessive with weighing her body.
“The scale means nothing to me now,” she explained. “I’m all about the way I feel and the way my clothes fit.”
She added, “Working out is not a fair-weathered decision anymore for me, it’s a lifestyle.”
