The 25-year-old model suffered a health scare last week when she was rushed to the hospital with a blood clot. She posted a short message on her Instagram Stories on Saturday to let her fans know that she was okay but otherwise remained quiet on her social media accounts.
On Tuesday afternoon, however, she returned with some stunning shots promoting the new Dream Angels collection from Vitoria’s Secret.

The Arizona-born model caught everyone’s attention with a series of stunning snaps that she shared to her Instagram account on Tuesday afternoon. In the first shot, Hailey is seen standing in the middle of a field in only a yellow lace bra and panties.
In the second shot, she has donned a floral chiffon robe that hangs loosely around her shoulders. In the third shot, she is posing with another Victoria’s Secret model in a matching floral lace-up corset and panties.

The post got over 600,000 likes in over the first hour of posting as fans showered the post with positive reactions.

Hailey Bieber Reveals She Was Taken To The Hospital With ‘Stroke Like Symptoms’ Last Thursday
On Saturday, Hailey Bieber took to her Instagram Stories to let her fans know that she was all right.
“On Thursday morning, I was sitting at breakfast with my husband when I started having stroke-like symptoms and was taken to the hospital,” she wrote. “They found I had suffered a very small blood clot to my brain, which caused a small lack of oxygen, but my body had passed it on its own and I recovered completely within a few hours.”
“Although this was definitely one of the scariest moments I’ve ever been through, I’m home now and doing well, and I’m so grateful and thankful to all the amazing doctors and nurses who took care of me!” she continued. “Thank you to everyone who has reached out with well wishes and concern, and for all the support and love.”

A source close to the couple told PEOPLE that Hailey’s husband, singer Justin Bieber, was “probably more traumatized than even she is.”
“When it happened, there was a lot of panic. Justin was crying, because you don’t expect your young wife to have symptoms that resemble a stroke,” the source continued. “Justin texted everyone he knew and asked everyone to pray for her, and he never left her side.”
“He was saying that he can’t lose her, that whatever it takes, he wanted the best medical treatment available,” the source added. “He would’ve done anything to help her. It was a moment for them both to be reminded about mortality, and focusing on what really matters.”
“He realizes, and is telling people around him, how much Hailey is his rock, and how she saved him from a dark time … and that he needs to appreciate her every day,” the source went on. “He’s going to keep an eye on her and help her however he can. And he has everyone around him praying for her continued good health. It shook him up.”
