Britney Spears Calls Out Poor Eyesight In Behind-The-Scenes Snap

On Tuesday, Britney Spears had a lot of things to share with her followers.

She began by posting a snap of flowers before following it up with a plate of chicken and roasted fingerling potatoes.

“Best chicken ever ? … I swear !!!” Britney wrote in the caption. Although some fans were glad to see Brit enjoying some good food, others couldn’t help but think that it had a deeper meaning. “What does it MEAN THO ?” one fan asked.

Britney’s next snap actually gave more questions than answers as she skipped the chicken talk to post an approximately 15-year-old throwback snap on Instagram.

On Tuesday, Britney talked about the illusion of how indestructible she was while she was performing on tour and during her Las Vegas residency.

“They put you on the jumbotron on tours to make you larger than life … the illusion of Hollywood ??✨ … but behind the doors ?… here’s me in reality with my glasses because I’m blind as h--- !!!” she revealed.

“I would always walk with my hands together … serious ? nerd !!! ??? If people only knew … I’m actually really short … you guys see only my head a lot but I’m pretty short ??‍♀️ !!! Psss this was obviously 15 or so years ago but still !!!!!”

For reference, Britney is only 5’4” and her fiancé, Sam Asghari, is 6’2” so there is actually a pretty considerable height difference between them, although the photos clearly don't show it!

However, fans showed they could really care less about how tall Britney is. “Big surprises in little packages,” one fan wrote.

“You were and still are the sexiest nerd on Earth Queen!” another user commented.

“We love a queen who keeps it real ?,” another said.

Speaking of keeping it real, Britney then followed that post up with another dancing video. She revealed that she filmed about 30 dancing videos while she was in Maui, so fans are wondering when they're going to get to see all of them!

“My family has taught me one thing and one thing only …. LOVE ANIMALS ?? !!!!” Britney wrote in the caption. Back in February, Britney revealed that she had adopted a puppy.

“Geez .... can you have two loves of your lives because he comes in second !!!!” she began. At least that means that Sam probably comes in first!

“I'm introducing the new edition to my family ... his name is Sawyer and he's a white Australian shepherd with blue eyes !!!!!” she explained.

“I found him in Maui like a dream and took him home with me immediately,” she continued. “It's funny ... he doesn't talk back but it's like he understands what I'm saying !!!! I can talk to him for 30 min about potty training and rewarding him when he goes potty on the pad !!!! I think he understands me especially with those eyes ? ... he makes my heart melt ... he needs me and I like that !!!!!”

Back in December, Britney drove fans wild when she revealed that there was a new addition to the family! The video shows her nursing something in her arms while feeding it with a bottle. She’s turned away from the camera so her fans can’t see what it was.

In the caption, Britney wrote: “New addition to the family ? guess if it’s a boy or a girl ? ? … thank you again baby @samasghari !!!!”

Even Paris Hilton commented with a heart-eye emoji, leading some fans to suspect that Britney let some close friends in on the secret.

Although fans guessed a puppy, a kitten, a baby goat, or even a piglet, Britney finally confirmed that it was a cat! Unfortunately, Britney didn’t share any close-ups of her new feline friend!

“I also have a new cat and will introduce her later but i watched a documentary on cats last night !!!!” she explained. “Such intelligent animals ... dogs think people are God ... cats don't because they know better !!!! Thought that was a cool line ?  !!!”

“My cat is French and very peculiar ... she looks at food as if she is 30 for two min before she eats it ... she's extremely smart and she looks like a miniature cheetah ? !!!!” she added. “Me and security couldn't find her for 2 hours and then when we did she would disappear again !!!!”

“Anyways I have a house FULL of small animals and I like it besides the potty training ?? !!!!” she joked. “Here's me dancing with my baby and he definitely has me FEELING LOVE ? ... That's what I'm dancing to !!!! Anyways have a good night and God bless !!!!! Psss if you look close you can see Sawyer at my foot for one split second shot ?? ?!!!”
