The recently completed second season focused largely on housewife Shah and her legal matters. Last Spring, The Blast reported Shah and her assistant had been "Allegedly scamming elderly victims and a years-long telemarketing scheme."

Shah's assistant Stuart Smith had plead guilty to "wire fraud, money laundering, and obstruction of justice" last November, according to ABC News.

The trial had been originally set to begin next Monday, March 7th, but Shah will have a bit more time to prepare for the trial in the wake of the trial being postponed until the Summer.

According to Us Weekly, the new date for the trial will now happen in July. As of this writing, a specific date has not been set.

Shah admires the multi-talented Kardashian for her past legal triumphs, a few of which were featured on camera on later episodes of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."

According to an episode of "The Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City Aftershow" per Us Weekly, Shah is extremely open to exploring the idea, saying she is "Deada** serious" about moving forward with Kardashian on her team.

Shah added, "People thought I was joking around..." when she raised the question!

Kardashian's work ethic also really stands out to Shah. When elaborating on her wish to bring Kardashian on board, Shah highlighted Kardashian's ability to "Be an advocate and affect change for people who have been wrongly accused of crimes," before adding "[People] are innocent and then she has been able to help be part of the movement to go fight for them at the White House or with [the] government to get them released."

Kardashian's efforts while working with the Trump administration to have the former President reduce prison sentences for three incarcerated women, moved forward after she spoke about criminal justice reform at the White House.

Seeking Kardashian to be involved with her trial isn't the only move Shah is serious about making as her trial unfolds.

Shah's wishes for Kim Kardashian to possibly join her team come a few weeks after an important trial development.

According to People, Shah and her team want to move forward with a motion to prevent footage from "Real Housewives of New York City" from being broadcast in the courtroom. Among the statements in the documents, People reported her attorneys said,  "...These clips do not have any of the indicia of reality."

The third season of the "Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City" has already begun production on the upcoming third season amid controversy with Jen Shah and the "Will-she-or-won't she" return of Mary Cosby, (she has officially exited the show). What a jam-packed season it will be!
