Kate Hudson had a wholesome interaction with Gwen Stefani in the comment section of her recent Instagram post. The actress shared a shot of her eldest son, Ryder Russell, rocking a tee that had Stefani's image emblazoned on it.
"Better put a lock on that closet, son, cause I'm coming for that tee," she jokingly captioned the picture. Surprisingly, this earned unexpected recognition from the "No Doubt" frontwoman.

Stefani reassured Hudson that she had something better for her. "No need to steal! I've got something better for you."
Although Stefani didn't hint at what she might be sending her way, it's highly likely the new makeup kit that Stefani will be launching next month.
The brand, GXVE, will be available on the brand's site on March 3 and will be hitting the stores a week later, as reported by Elle.

Hudson continually finds herself fangirling other celebrities despite her fame and high profile status.
In 2015, Hudson took to her Instagram to gush over her hang out with Britney Spears. The iconic duo sported over-the-shoulder poses in the picture as they gazed directly into the camera with smirky expressions.
"That moment when @britneyspears shows up to your game night and your [sic] all like #itsbritneyb*tch," she captioned, adding eyes, confetti, and salsa lady emoji.
This wasn't the only time she geeked out over celebrities. In 2019, during an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" with her mom Goldie Hawn, she shared how starstruck she was when she saw Gwyneth Paltrow in the flesh.
"I was still in high school and there was this store called Tracy Ross and me and my best friend, Sara Foster, were in there shopping. There were only two other girls in there and it was Gwyneth and Winona [Ryder]. And we were like," she explained before dropping her jaw. Hudson continued, "I watched you go and get all the clothes and I was like, 'What's she getting?' I clocked all the outfits and you got Katayone Adeli pants [...] I remember! And then I was like, 'Hey!' and you were like, 'Hi,' and that was it."

The latest shot of Ryder comes after he gushed about his budding relationship with Leslie Mann and Judd Apatow's daughter Iris on Instagram.
Ryder was spotted planting a kiss on Iris' cheek and captioned the image with a love emoji.
Hudson and Mann expressed their feelings about the young romance as the former responded with "Sweet" and the latter with double heart emojis in the comments section.
It seemed like yesterday when Hudson celebrated Ryder after he turned 16 on her social media page.
"I didn't realize it would be here so fast!" she captioned the post. "16 years today. 16. I will savor these next couple years before he flies the nest. People sometimes get sad on days like this. Time creeps up on us and rocks us a bit, reminding us that the years don't wait for us to be ready. Well, RYDER IF YOUR READING! I'M READY!!! I'm excited for your future."
Hudson shares her Ryder with her ex-husband Chris Robinson who she split from in 2007 after seven years of marriage.
She, however, shares a 10-year-old son called Bingham with musician Matt Bellamy. She welcomed her third child Rani with fiancé Danny Fujikawa.

The "No Doubt" frontwoman is working on her fifth studio album, which she has teased for over a year. The singer's debut album, "Love. Angel. Music. Baby," was released in 2004, which stamped her status as a pop artist.
Her second, "The Sweet Escape," was released two years after. She, however, waited for ten years before making her third album, "This Is What The Truth Feels Like," available to the public.
Her newest single, "Let Me Introduce Myself," was first teased in October 2020 before being released in December.
The singer stated Variety, where she admitted to being happy to share her music with her fans.
"This song is a way of saying I'm back with new music. It's a fun, lighthearted song, because I got inspired and hopefully to bring a little bit of joy," she concluded.
Stefani Goes Way Back For Musical InspirationÂ
The singer admitted to being inspired by longtime influences while making any track.
"The idea was to write a song that had a bit of a nostalgic feeling to it, so I think musically it reminds you of back in the day, going back to where I started musically which was with ska and reggae," she began.
The singer added that she was thrilled about the prospect of releasing new sounds. "I'm still the same me but here's something a little bit new in case you feel like hearing a little bit more of me," she concluded.
