Holland and Zendaya have come a long way since crossing paths as cast members in the 2016 movie "Spider-Man: Homecoming." Mirror reported that the two are now joint homeowners.

Their love nest costs a whopping £3 million, estimated at a little over $4 million, and is located in Richmond.

The home boasts six bedrooms and an array of celebrity neighbors, including Sir David Attenborough, Sir Mick Jagger, and Angelina Jolie.

The "Spider-Man" actor owns a three-bedroom flat in London while his leading lady has a £3 million house in Los Angeles. 

The South West London home that will house the two stars is four miles away from Kingston, where Holland grew up. It includes a gym, a cinema and a man cave for Holland.

The outlet reports that the sweethearts flew from Los Angeles to London to retrieve the keys to their home and stop by to see the "Uncharted" actor's parents, who also happen to live nearby.

The blissful couple is reportedly planning to move to their home in the summer. A source told the publication that:

 “They are over the moon about the property and getting their first home together. They are very much in love and wanted their first home to be in London, where Tom grew up. Everyone is thrilled for them.”

Holland plays a futuristic Spider-Man compared to his former counterparts like Andrew Garfield and happens to be a tech fan in real life.

The insider noted that Holland was taking no chances on the safety of him and his soulmate as he emphasized his desire for the highest grade of security around the entire property.

The source said these security measures begin with "an 8ft steel security gate on the drive." The co-owner was also very specific about his man cave and cinema room.

All these plans will likely take a while to complete, even by the best architect. The insider confirmed that the sweethearts plan to move in once renovations are completed, around late summer.

Richmond residents have gained two new gems to their delight. The source posited a buzz around town now that Holland and Zendaya are about to be residents. He concluded, "It's great to have them there."

We may soon be expecting a child from Holland and Zendaya as the loving boyfriend once shared his unfiltered thoughts about becoming a dad someday.

On Wednesday, December 15, The Blast disclosed that while going a press tour for the critically-acclaimed "Spider-Man: No Way Home" movie, Holland declared he was ready for his next chapter.

The "Lo impossible" actor expressed his thoughts during an interview with PEOPLE. He said:

“I’ve spent the last six years being so focused on my career. I want to take a break and focus on starting a family and figuring out what I want to do outside of this world."

Holland buttressed that fatherhood is, without a doubt, another achievement he would like to add to his already impressive resume.
