Chris Brown has been slapped with another sexual assault lawsuit.

The R&B singer is no stranger to being sued as the 32-year-old entertainer has faced his fair share of sexual assault and abuse cases over the years.

Now, a woman being identified as Jane Doe has accused the "With You" artist of drugging and raping her. However, Brown found this latest accusation to be another "cap" stunt.

The "Indigo" singer recently took to his Instagram stories to deny the anonymous woman's rape claims, which the Grammy winner believed was a typical pattern in his career.

According to the Virginia native, certain people, who the 32-year-old described as "They," always tried to pull him down whenever he was focused on making new music. In his words:

"I HOPE YALL SEE THIS PATTERN OF [cap]. Whenever im releasing music or projects, "THEY" try to pull some real bullshit."

Perhaps to make light of the situation and further prove his innocence, the "Loyal" artist shared a throwback image of himself wearing several caps stacked on top of each other.

In the snap, the "Battle of the Year" actor had his arms folded across his chest with a comical expression on his face, possibly the entertainer's way of showing how ridiculous he found the accusations.

As reported by TMZ, the father-of-two was being sued for allegedly drugging and raping a woman on a yacht parked at Diddy's Star Island home.

According to the $20 million lawsuit, the victim, who claims to be a professional choreographer, dancer, model, and musical artist, was ambushed by Brown in a matter of minutes.

The 18-time BET Award winner reportedly noticed the victim through the phone of a friend she was FaceTiming and urged Jane Doe to come to Diddy's home.

When she arrived, the "Ayo" singer inquired if she wanted a drink before directing the victim to the yacht's kitchen area, where Jane Doe stated the artist gave her a mixed drink in a red cup.

However, by the time he refilled her a second time, the woman claimed she began to feel "a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness," which the award-winning artist allegedly exploited.

Jane Doe stated she was led to a bedroom and assaulted despite her protests for the "This Christmas" actor to stop.

The incident reportedly occurred on December 20, 2020, but the victim was too "embarrassed" to come forward at the time because she was a medical student.

However, the professional choreographer was ready to sue for $20 million in damages as the alleged incident gave her "severe emotional distress."

Tory Lanez Showed His Support Amid The Ongoing Lawsuit

Brown may have bad luck when it comes to women, but he appears to have a better relationship with his male friends as Tory Lanez came to his support during this rape dilemma.

The Canadian rapper took his Instagram stories in the "Deuces" singer's defense by calling out the validity of the rape allegations, which coincidentally came as his friend planned to release new music.

The "Who Needs Love" artist echoed similar sentiments about this expensive lawsuit being a plot to ruin the entertainer's career. In his words:

"They really need to leave my dawg @chrisbrownofficial alone and just let him be great!!!!...Everytime he got some good shit going on...or he start a album rollout here somebody come with some fake shit to drag him down!!!!!"

The 29-year-old artist pointed out that he has never seen Brown be anything but "nice to his peers and fans" and requested the world allow the Virginia native to be a "Goat" in peace.

As aforementioned, the timing of the rape allegations coincided with the announcement of the "Yo" singer's upcoming 10th studio album, "Breezy."

As previously shared by Complex, the 32-year-old marked his return to the music industry with "Iffy," the lead single from the album, whose music video was a creative masterpiece.

Joseph Kahn directed the visuals for the R&B song, and it showcased the chart-topper's remarkable dancing skills.

Given that "Breezy" would be the official follow-up to Brown's 2019 album, "Indigo," it was not surprising that the entertainer promoted the music video on Instagram.
