Farrah Abraham Claimed She Was Wrongfully Arrested

Abraham's new year hasn't been off to a great start, as the "16 and Pregnant" alum was forced to kiss the ground last weekend.

The entertainer's lawyer claimed that her client was wrongfully placed under citizen's arrest by the club's security guards, who used "excessive force" to pin the mother-of-one down.

This brutal restraining process allegedly left the reality TV star with severe pains and feelings of distress, therefore giving plausible grounds for a lawsuit.

The "Being Farrah" star previously claimed she was innocent and unjustly punished regarding this matter. However, there were two sides to this story.

In the post, the alleged victim was seen with a bruised eye, which resulted after the 30-year-old entertainer viciously struck her face.

According to the news outlet, Armstrong has shared various posts expressing her side of the story. However, she hasn't aired any intentions to sue the celebrity at the moment.

Unfortunately, the weekend affair turned into a WrestleMania event after the TV personality was asked to leave due to her "belligerent behavior" at the club.

This request didn't sit well with Abraham, who allegedly retaliated by attacking the security guards, who defended themselves by making a citizen's arrest.

The 30-year-old was forced face down on the ground, with her arms tied behind her back and legs pinned down by a guard, who added pressure every time the entertainer tried to squirm away.

In one of the clips featuring her arrest, the mother-of-one kept telling the officers that she never hit anyone and would never hurt a person as she was a good law student.

However, once she was loaded into the police vehicle, the entertainer threw a final sarcastic remark at the security. In her words:

"Thank you for putting me in cuffs against the law."

According to sources, the 30-year-old was later released from custody, but it remained unknown if she was charged with battery or assault.
