Dad Bod Alert: Leonardo DiCaprio Indulges In PDA With GF Camila Morrone

Leonardo DiCaprio is going strong with his much-younger girlfriend, Camila Morrone, and the two packed in some heavy PDA in the waves.

Despite some heavy criticism by fans, trolls, and the media alike, 47-year-old DiCaprio, and 24-year-old Morrone, have been together since 2017. And if the vacation pics are any clue, they are also going strong.

Morrone started her career as a model when she first appeared on the cover of Turkish Vogue in 2016. Her runway debut came with Moschino in 2017, but even before that, she had made her acting debut in the 2013 James Franco movie, "Bukowski". In 2018, she came back to the movies with "Death Wish" and then in "Never Goin' Back", the latter being Augustine Frizzell's directorial debut that premiered in the 2018 Sundance Film Festival.

She was then cast in "Daisy Jones & The Six" and post that declared that she would like to concentrate more on acting than modeling. She has been together with Caprio since 2017, the couple has been going steady ever since.

Incidentally, she is also Al Pacino's stepdaughter. Caprio better treat her right, lest he has to answer to "Scarface".

The couple has been spotted many times in public, though they made their red carpet debut in February 2020, when they sat together at the front row of the Oscars as Caprio got his nomination for his role in the Tarantino hit, "Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood".

The couple has been spotted and clicked by the paps many times, including the much-talked-about yacht party that Caprio threw for Morrone's 23rd birthday in 2021. Morrone has also spoken about how the "23-year" age gap between the two does not bother her and is positive that slowly it will stop mattering, to other people as well.

Said Morrone in an interview, "There are so many relationships in Hollywood — and in the history of the world — where people have large age gaps. I just think anyone should be able to date who they want to date."

Meanwhile, the couple got into some PDA in the waves, during their recent beach vacation in St. Barts in the Caribbean.

Caprio's latest movie with Jennifer Lawrence, "Don't Look Up" is doing great so Caprio has a reason to celebrate. Once the owner of washboard abs and a sculpted physique, Caprio now sports a "dad bod" and gives men a lot of hope.

According to popular definition, a dad bod refers to, "a body shape particular to middle-aged men. The phrase has been adopted in U.S. culture to refer to an "average" guy who doesn't have a lean, fit physique." 

And there have been so many actors, who sport a dad bod, and are still very successful in their art. Think Will Smith in 2021, Pierce Brosnan, erstwhile Bond, Jason Segel, Christian Bale, Matthew McConaughey, Vin Diesel, and even Jason Statham.

Everyone's allowed a little off time from the gym, right? Especially when they care about the environment so much.
