Adele Purchases Sylvester Stallone's Massive Beverly Hills Mansion

Adele ended 2021 with a bang, the massive success of her new "30" album. Now, the singer is making big real estate moves in the Los Angeles area to bring in 2021.

This moves involves purchasing Sylvester Stallone's Beverly Park home, in LA. According to TMZ, Adele was able to get this property for an amazing price, by her and the market's standards.

Adele was able to score this home for $58 million, and is currently in escrow. This property is located in Beverly Park, and was originally listed at $80 million. This is after Stallone decided to cut the price down from $110, back in February.

According to sources close to TMZ regarding the $58 million purchase by Adele, it is an "outright steal." This is a very accurate way to put this, considering the fact that Adele received a $52 million discount, from the original $110 million listing. Adele also has a second property in LA, which is located in the Hidden Valley area.

Stallone had been living in this Beverly Park home for decades, since all the way back in the 90s. The actor decided to put it on the market though, due to him recently deciding to move to Florida.

Among the amenities included in the "House That Rocky Built," are six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a gym, sauna, steam, infinity pool, cigar room, screening room, custom bar, art studio,  and a 2-story guest house. The home also spans 3.6 acres.

Stallone is now living with his family in the Palm Beach area of Florida. They scored their new South Florida home for $35 million, which has seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and is 13,200 square feet.

Adele is also winning big with her latest album release as well. "30" was released back on November 19, and hasn't slowed down since. It is now in its sixth straight week of holding the number one spot on the Billboard 200 chart.

"30" is led by the chart-topping hit single, "Easy On Me." That record was released in mid-October, when Adele originally announced the release date for 30. Easy On Me was Adele's first single since 2015, and 30 was also the first album of hers since that year as well.

30 contained 12 tracks in total, with the only featured artist on the album being Errol Garner. Other songs on the album that have since been fan-favorites are "All Night Parking" and "Woman Like Me."

Adele has definitely been living large on the west coast lately. With securing her new LA home, the singer is also about to start her residency concerts in Las Vegas. The first concert will be held on January 21, at Caesars Palace.

Many fans have had a lot of difficulty in being able to purchase tickets to see Adele in Vegas, though. This is due to tickets hitting resale markets, which are retailing for thousands of dollars over the original face value. Some fans even claim that the prices soared to over $10,000.

Luckily for Adele's fans though, there should be enough opportunities to catch one of these concerts. They will run every weekend, up until April 16.
