Betty White's Hollywood Walk Of Fame Star Flooded With Emotional Tributes

Betty White's Hollywood Walk Of Fame star is quickly becoming a makeshift tribute after fans gather to leave flowers and pictures in memory of the legendary actress.
Social media is currently being flooded with pictures from the star's locations, showing off multiple tributes to the actress who passed away earlier this morning. In the pictures, you can see that fans have propped up pictures of the 'Golden Girls' star and left a bundle of flowers at the location.
"Farewell, Betty. A grand life lived," one card read. Another added, "R.I.P. Betty. We love you!" Fans are also leaving stuffed animals and other tributes in memory of the legendary actress. As we reported, Betty passed away this morning at around 9:30 am just a few weeks shy of her 100th birthday.

Celebrities are reacting to the depressing news on New Year's Eve, including Ryan Reynoldswho wrote, "The world looks different now. She was great at defying expectations, she managed to grow very old and somehow, not old enough. We’ll miss you, Betty. Now you know the secret."
Pee-Wee Herman added, "I loved Betty White so much! I can't find the words! To call her an icon doesn't even scratch the surface! On top of her blinding talent and being one of the funniest people to ever work in comedy, she was enormously sweet and nice. And sly and wicked. Plus she was a fierce animal lover and advocate. She genuinely had it all!"
'Star Trek'alum George Takei addressed the death, tweeting, “Our national treasure, Betty White, has passed just before her 100th birthday. Our Sue Ann Nivens, our beloved Rose Nylund, has joined the heavens to delight the stars with her inimitable style, humor, and charm. A great loss to us all. We shall miss her dearly." Adding, "When midnight strikes tonight, let us all raise a toast to Betty."

'Happy Winkler' star Henry Winkler posted on social media, "Betty White: It is very hard to absorb you are not here anymore... But the memories of your deLIGHT are...Thank you for your humor, your warmth, and your activism...Rest now and say Hi to Bill."
As you can imagine, social media is blowing up with stories and quotes from the legendary actress including this tear-jerker about her fur babies. "After her last dog died in 2017, she said she didn't want to bring in anyone new, because she didn't want to leave them behind," one report read. Adding, "Still, she's looking forward to her upcoming birthday, including a small celebration with a few furry guests." She said, "I'll surround myself with as many animals as possible."
Betty White Fans Are Distraught Over The 99-Year Old's Death
Many of Betty's fans are pointing out some of her greatest quotes because she passed on NYE, including the fact that she loved vodka and hotdogs. "I try to avoid anything green. I guess it's working," she once said. Another classic included, "I’ve always liked older men. They’re just more attractive to me. Of course, at my age, there aren’t that many left!"
