Hilaria Baldwin is going on the record to tell the backstory of photographs taken of her on the side of the road talking to police.
Over the weekend, photos were snapped of Hilaria talking with a police officer on the side of a road in the Hamptons.
From the looks of the photos, it appeared she got pulled over while driving. Alec Baldwin was also in the car, but not photographed interacting with police.
Hilaria is saying that she wasn’t getting pulled over for a traffic violation, rather she was asking the cops for help.
Hilaria breaks her silence about her run-in with the police
The yoga instructor took to Instagram on Monday, December 20 to set the record straight.
She uploaded a three-minute video along with a lengthy caption.
In the video she starts off saying, “You guys are going to see photos of us that we pulled over on the side of the road to ask for help from a police officer. We were getting chased by this one guy in particular who is just really, really, not very nice.”
Hilaria goes on the explain that a paparazzi, who she’s repeatedly had problems with, was chasing her, Alec and their daughter Carmen.
“I have my daughter in the back. She gets scared by him, all my kids do. They know his name, they don’t like him, and I said to my daughter, ‘When we need help, we ask for help,’” she explained.

Hilaria then proceeded to show a video of the paparazzi to the officer, which would explain the photos of the officer looking at her screen.
“I deserve to be treated well. My husband deserves to be treated well. My children deserve to be treated well. And I will continue to try and use my voice to connect with you guys and show you a window into what it’s really like,” Hilaria stated.
She captioned the video, “I took this the other day after an incident where I was getting chased by paps in cars. I decided not to post because how many times do I have to complain about this? I’m even sick of me bringing it up. I just changed my mind because someone just told me that the ny post and other tabloids said I got pulled over. THIS IS NOT TRUE AND A LIE.”
Hilaria insists she did not get pulled over!
The impassioned message continued, “I drove around, with Alec and Carmen in the car until I found a police officer and asked for help from the people chasing me. One in particular that harasses us in such an ugly way got out and started screaming at the police and at me. Saying he is at work and I am getting in his way—apparently because I won’t let him violate me and my family. She made him move is car. She told me to always reach out for help—it gets scary. So he takes the photos he took, and says I got pulled over. Where I was driving around, looking for someone to help me. So, once again: writing made up stuff. As I said, the ny post will come after me more for speaking out. this might make it even worse, but, as I said before, I won’t be silent while you cause harm. So, once again: writing made up stuff.
