Could Little Mix's Hiatus Help Perrie Edwards Become A Billionaire?

Little Mix is gearing up for a little hiatus come 2022.

Despite rumors the band is splitting up, the ladies of Little Mix vow they are still united and will continue their legacy as a trio.

On December 2, the group announced they’d be taking a hiatus after their 2022 tour to focus on solo ventures.

Jesy Nelson infamously left the band in December 2020 citing mental health reasons. She embarked on a solo career this year which was met with mixed reviews.

Since Jesy’s exit, the ladies of Little Mix including Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock have announced that they will all be working on independent projects.

Leigh-Anne filmed a documentary, “Leigh-Anne: Colourism & Race,” in 2021 as well as starred in her first movie, “Boxing Day.” She also has her own swimwear line called “In A Seashell,” and she gave birth to twins this year.

Perrie launched her clothing brand, “Disora,” earlier this year in addition to giving birth to her first child.

Jade is reportedly being lined up for a string of presenting jobs after impressing BBC show bosses with her hosting skills on “Little Mix: The Search.”

So, with every Little Mix member having so many pokers in the fire, who is set up to become a billionaire?!?

The Sun reports the three of them could collectively earn upwards of a billion dollars.

Experts feel the ladies of LM could earn billions between them through fashion campaigns, TV and acting deals, in addition to Gen-Z friendly businesses and Instagram ads.

PR expert Nick Ede told The Sun, "They've got a massive opportunity now to earn far more than they probably would have done as a group. We're talking billions.”

Ede continued, "They're all obviously wealthy already, they are going to be getting royalties from all their songs that they've written - they're always going to have a steady income."

According to Ede, Perrie is the most business savvy of the bunch and has positioned herself in such a way that she could rake in the most money.

“She's created a potential a big revenue stream for herself out of creating a lifestyle and wellness brand, which is harnessed through her fan base,” the expert said. "I think it's a really, really clever move. You can see how lucrative that's been for Holly Willoughby and Gwyneth Paltrow. She's going to be really tapping into this Gen Z lifestyle, which is something that no one's done.”
