Jennifer Lawrence took pregnancy glow to the next level as she turned heads during her red carpet debut.
Lawrence has been absent from the Hollywood scene for a few years, following her 2017 movie "Mother."
The "Silver Linings Playbook" actress broke her long hiatus in high fashion, showing that she is still a golden gem in the Hollywood industry.
Sunday, December 5, was the red carpet premiere for Lawrence's new movie "Don't Look Up," and she toasted to breaking her hiatus with a stunning dress, per ET.
Pregnant and utterly radiant, "The Hunger Games" actress showed up in a custom Dior dress at Jazz located at New York City's Lincoln Center.
The shimmering embroidered silk outfit had semi-sheer cape sleeves and was free enough to make room for the star's bulging baby-to-be.
The "Don't Look Up" Actress Praises Co-Stars And Talks Motherhood
In the December 5 red carpet interview with ET, Lawrence said she was excited to be on the red carpet of "Don't Look Up" with her co-stars, and for people to see the movie.
The star-studded cast includes Meryl Streep, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ariana Grande, and Jonah Hill. The pregnant belle could not help but gush over Streep, calling her the 'greatest actor ever to live.'
Lawrence was also star-struck by Grande because her world does not usually collide with that of musicians. She joked that she sounds similar to the Grammy winner and has an upcoming album.
In September, the spokesperson of the "Red Sparrow" actress confirmed her pregnancy with Cooke Maroney, with who she walked down the aisle in October 2019.
When asked what excites her the most about her impending motherhood, Lawrence said she does not know but is "just going to have to find out."
Jennifer Lawrence Details Harrowing Near-Death Experience
The year 2017 marked the absence of Lawrence from the Hollywood scene as she began to prioritize her mental and emotional health after almost losing her life.
The Blast shared that the Academy Award winner recounted the horrifying experience to PEOPLE. She traveled on a private plane from her Kentucky hometown to New York City that summer.
Unexpectedly, the pilot had to attempt an emergency landing in Buffalo due to engine failure. Lawrence was so frightened that she began "leaving mental voicemails" to her family.
This harrowing ordeal made the 31-year-old afraid of being in the air. While the plane was attempting to land, her dog Pippi was in her lap, and she feared for its life.
Lawrence felt hopeful upon noticing a runway with ambulances and firetrucks and began to pray that she would make it through, possibly as a burn victim but alive at least.
The actress begged God to let her keep her hair and wrap his "hair-loving arms" around her. Fortunately, other passengers had only minor injuries, and she got to New York through another flight.
The actress is back to acting with her latest film, "Don't Look Up," which premieres on Netflix on December 10.
