The 31-year-old honored Don McLean with a heartwarming gift after breaking the icon's longtime record for the longest track to dominate the Billboard's Hot 100.
McLean has held the record for 50 years with his 1971 hit track "American Pie," which ran for over 8 minutes, but Swift recently stole the spot with her 10 minutes song, "All Too Well."
Taylor Swift Paid Her Respects To Don McLean With A Touching Present
Swift has established herself as a phenomenal singer from her debut as a teen idol with a big heart. The latest recipient of the blonde beauty's affection was the folk legend McLean.

Touched by the songstress's gesture of goodwill, McLean described the 11-time Grammy winner as a "classy artist" in the post's caption.
The "Cats" actress also commemorated her big win with a hilarious video. The 31-year-old uploaded a clip of herself lip-syncing to an audio track of a child saying, "what the hell."
While Swift repeatedly mimicked the words, screenshots of the news articles announcing that her song, "All Too Well," had topped the Billboard Charts could be seen in the background. The Pop star's post was captioned:
