Aaron Carter took to IG to post a before and after picture that clearly shows how far he's come on his journey to sobriety. Just like Demi, Aaron hasn't necessarily been full sober over the last few years. He mentioned though that he suffered from a huffing addiction. For Demi Lovato her motivation to go full sober and leave behind her California sober ways may have come out of a tragedy. Just a couple of days back Lovato had remembered her good friend Thomas Trussell III who died of an overdosed in 2019. Now she announced that she's going to try and go full sober. Previously Demi was sort of creating her own version of California sober. Which is a term that people use to say that they are refraining from alcohol, but do smoke marijuana from time to time. She would light one up as well, but also drink in moderation. This decision to go full sober as far as we know, isn't coming after a major relapse or anything close to that nature by Lovato.
