Nicki Minaj's ex, Safaree, claims home burglars should get the "death penalty" following the brutal murder of legendary music executive Clarence Avant's wife, Jacqueline.

Safaree Samuelsis going off on Twitter, after someone broke into the Beverly Hills home of Clarence Avant and shot and killed his wife, in what appears to be a robbery. As you know, Samuels is a victim of a similar crime, where burglars broke into his house to steal high-end items like cash and jewelry.

"SET YALL ALARM SYSTEMS!! No matter how comfortable you are SET YOUR HOUSE ALARMS!" the rapper tweeted. Adding, "A lot of ppl have alarm systems and don’t set them! I had an alarm system for a year and never set it once until my house was burglarized! SET IT even when your home! Home & away options!!"

The famous music producer then dropped this suggestion, "Ppl who break into ppls homes deserve the death penalty idgaf. If they don’t have regard for the life of children and women in homes let me fry!"

The harsh punishment suggestion comes on the heels of the music industry mourning the loss of Avant's wife -- Jacqueline. According to Beverly Hills Police Department, they received a phone call in the middle of the night regarding a shooting in the Trousdale area of Beverly Hills. Officers arrived to find the 81-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound. She was transported to Cedar Sinai hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.

This is a difficult day for our City. First and foremost, on behalf of our entire department, our City Council, and community, I wish to extend our deepest condolences to the victim’s family in this case,” Chief Mark Stainbrook said during a press conference. He continued, "The Police Department is in contact with the Avant family to offer support and resources they may need. Beverly Hills Police Detectives remain on-scene conducting an investigation. At this time, it is too early to determine a motive in this case. The Beverly Hills Police Department will continue to deploy all resources across the residential neighborhoods and Business District."

Law enforcement wouldn't confirm the killing was a robbery gone bad, or if the suspect might have known the victims in this case. But, Safaree is clearly referring to the rash of celebrity-connected home burglaries that are plaguing the city of Los Angeles and other areas.

Safaree is the victim of a similar situation, where thieves reportedly made off with jewelry including a pendant featuring his daughter's face. At the time, Samuel's girlfriend -- Erica Mena -- issued a statement saying, "Unfortunately, over the weekend, my house was robbed. There is now a $20,000 cash reward to anyone who can lead us in arresting all those involved. You can remain anonymous. Please DM Safaree or me."

"Where the OG’s who can put some type of code and ethic to these knuckleheads??" he wrote.
