Chanel West Coast looked red-hot this weekend, once again channeling her love of swimwear. The “Sharon Stoned” rapper and MTV face is a regular when it comes to rocking itsy-bitsy clothing – just last month, the 31-year-old stripped down to lingerie and a balaclava in the snow.
Chanel has updated her Instagram with a new look, and this one gave fans plenty to look at. The designer goods were there, the denim game was strong, and Chanel’s sexy curves made their usual popular appearance.

Chanel’s photos showed her posing indoors and in a dim-lit bar. The “Ridiculousness” star was standing near crushed red velvet couches, also backed by an illuminated bar sign that read: “Mi Amor…”
Chanel was definitely popping in the foreground, though. The brunette was flaunting her trim and curvy figure in a thin-strapped and white bikini top, pairing the skimpy swimwear with acid-wash jeans and a matching jacket – the fur-lined outerwear was worn off-the-shoulder for a sexy finish.
West Coast upped the glam with a beige Chanel bag, also wearing hoop earrings. A quick swipe to the right showed her to be with friends.
The rapper used nothing but a red rose and “100” emoji for her caption.
Chanel’s Instagram may not come with a Kardashian-Jenner following, but the rapper’s 3.3 million followers form a solid fanbase. They definitely turned out in full force for this update – over 52,000 likes were left by the time the sun rose on Sunday morning.
“Beautiful baddie,” one fan wrote.
“Chanel on Chanel” was a witty response from one user who’d clearly noticed the designer merch.
“Body of a goddess,” another fan said.
Elsewhere, Chanel was called a “perfect 10” and a “hottie” by other fans.
If you’ve tuned into “Ridiculousness” you’ll be familiar with Chanel’s unique laugh. This, in itself, is something that Chanel has addressed in interviews.
“People for some reason can’t put two personalities together,” she told Too Fab.
“If you actually go Google… Adele has the goofiest laugh ever. Wiz Khalifa has the goofiest laugh ever, but you know them for being artists. Nobody’s gonna care that they got a goofy laugh. Me, on the other hand, you know me for my goofy laugh first, so then going and hearing my music as art… I just think a lot of people like to hate on me,” Chanel added.
Chanel has also spoken of making it in the hip-hop game. While the industry now welcomes more women than ever, it didn’t always – Nicki Minaj and Cardi B may well not have had such glittering careers this time ten years ago.
“It’s hard being a woman in the hip-hop game, but I’m lucky to have good people around me who have had my back. It’s actually less about race and more about being a woman,” West Coast said.
