'RHONY' Leah McSweeney Slams Sonja Morgan's Lies In Housewives Book

“Not All Diamonds and Rosé”, has the housewives stepping on one another’s necks since it was released. Many of the reality wives are busy clapping back in real-time about things their co-stars have claimed in the book.

Leah McSweeney is the latest housewife to throw her two cents in. The Real Housewives of New York City star didn’t like what co-star Sonja Morgan had to say about her bestie Tinsley Mortimer and McSweeney’s younger sister and she told her almost 600,000 followers all about it.

McSweeney no longer had Mortimer for support in Season 13, so the designer had her sister Sarah McSweeney tag along once or twice. Apparently, Morgan didn’t like that and trashed Sarah in the book. “God, that sister was a nightmare off-camera,” said Morgan to author Dave Quinn.

“She went apes–t on me. She had me and Ramona hiding under a table to get away from her. She just kept coming at me and coming at me, and Ramona started crying because Leah was like f–ked-up, daytime, nighttime, everything. It was so bad.”

McSweeney swiftly hopped on IG to shut down the supposed lie printed in the book. “Damn Sonja talking mad shit about Tinz and my sis in this book. Hell no bitch. It’s a wrap,” she wrote on IG Story.

McSweeney posted the comeback alongside a shot of the page where Morgan blasts her sister and Mortimer. The passage regarding the former Real Housewife of NY was about her leaving the show to be with her now ex-fiancé Scott. Fas had long speculated that Morgan was jealous of this and maybe this proof.

Fans of the show will remember that both Dorinda Medley and Morgan basically bullied Mortimer because of her back-and-forth relationship with the businessman. Plus, the former JP Morgan family member had a personal issue with Tinz who stayed at her townhouse when she first got back to NY.

Quickly after the 39-year-old deleted her shadier post, she replaced it with one a bit more diplomatic. “This is totally untrue, and I would never ever tell what goes on with Sonja that gets cut out.” The scene that Morgan is supposedly talking about took place on their staycation to Newport Beach.

The drama was ultimately unaired but “the way they were acting was embarrassing,” claims Morgan. Who at that same dinner was more focused on picking up younger guys in a very provocative way with her tone-deaf bestie Ramona Singer.

Morgan went on to claim that Singer called her later to complain, ‘I can’t do a show like this, this is too trashy.'”

McSweeney is clearly ride or die for Mortimer as much as she was for her sister because of the years of strong friendship they have had. The former housewife, who is rumored to make a comeback next season showed support for her girl sticking up for her.

“Girls just want to have fun! Every time I listen to Leah’s laugh in the second video I cry!!!” she wrote in an IG post alongside a photo of her and McSweeney in hoodies hanging out in bed. She tagged the Married To The Mob designer and gave fans a snippet of her laugh in an attached video.
