Cardi B has been one of the biggest superstars in music, over these past four years. Her momentum hasn't slowed down, ever since seeing the massive success of her 2017 breakout single, "Bodak Yellow."
2018 saw The Bronx native see her first number one album, which was her debut, "Invasion Of Privacy." That same year though, Cardi was allegedly involved in a brawl at a Queens, NY strip club. Two bartenders claim they were assaulted by Cardi.
Cardi Plead Not Guilty To Charges
This case is still ongoing, as back in June of 2019, Cardi plead not guilty, to charges of felony reckless endangerment, and assault. At the time, Cardi's attorney, Drew Findley, was very confident that Cardi was going to beat this case.
“I know Cardi on a personal level, I know Cardi as a wife, as a mother, as a daughter, as a sister," said to Page Six, that summer. "It’ll ultimately be a positive outcome in favor of Cardi."
Cardi Responds To Twitter User Who Trolled Her About This Case
On Monday night, Cardi engaged with fans, who believe that she is going to prison, due to this 2018 incident. This comes after news that Cardi will be appearing in court next week, for this case. Cardi faces four years in prison, if convicted. The bartenders that she allegedly assaulted, have since been identified a Rachel Wattley and Sarah Wattley.
In this Twitter user's tweet, they said "You're going to prison," in response to Cardi tweeting out "They wanna see a bad b*tch do bad." When Cardi saw the jail tweet, she confidently said "Before I go to prison you gone see me breakin more records and making more Ms."

Trolls Also Said Cardi Better Have 'The Best Lawyers'
In another tweet, a user suggested to Cardi, to have the best lawyers. This is due to that person believing that her husband, Offset, won't be around, to take care of their kids. Cardi ended up responding by saying "My man is allow to be with his kids so what’s your point." Another fan voiced their support for Cardi, by saying "The disrespect is taken to a whole new level Leave those kids out of your hatred for Cardi." Cardi agreed with that take, as she tweeted "Exactly! I be chillin I don’t know why people think is sweet to play wit my kids."
