Kelly Ripa‘s killer legs are back on the ‘Gram. The “Live! With Kelly and Ryan” host regularly appears on her morning show’s Instagram account – and let’s face it, this 49-year-old looks sensational for her age.
Pint-sized she may be, but there’s a mighty amount of muscle in those pins.
A new video posted to “Live!” today likely cheered all of Kelly’s fans up. It showed Kelly and co-host Ryan Seacrest making their way through a backstage area and onto the set. And no, Ryan wasn’t falling off a chair in this one.
You can see the video here.
Half of Hollywood might be living in leggings and sneakers, but Kelly has stayed true to an older tradition. Today’s video showed the famous blonde flaunting her kiler legs in a float-effect mini dress in black and white print – a pair of dagger stilettos did the trick for elongating the star’s legs.
Ryan seemed to be mumbling something about paying for a “car wash,” with little mention of his rather embarrassing chair fall just yesterday.
A caption did, however, point right to it.
“Ryan is fine after his fall!” it read.
If you aren’t a follower of the “Live!” Instagram account, here’s a no-brainer of an FYI. Videos mostly generate comments over how great Kelly and Ryan look, but today’s one mostly saw fans mentioning the chair incident.
“As I usually do when someone falls I laugh after I make sure they’re ok but I don’t let them see me ???,” one fan wrote.
“Glad Ryan Seacrest is ok! We lol but glad he didn’t get hurt but I’m sure he is feeling it to and maybe bruised up little. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️??,” another said.
Kelly’s age-defying body is likely down to workouts and good nutrition, but Kelly has her own words to describe it. Speaking to The Cut in 2019, Kelly used an interesting term.
“I was talking to a cardiologist and he said to make sure your heart beats out of your chest every day. The more you exercise, the healthier it is. And I can be honest: My body looks like Peter Pan no matter what I do,” she said.
“I’ve never been a va-va-voom woman. I like to take AKT — which is cardio-based dance classes — about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 p.m. And I like to do SoulCycle on the weekends. In the summer, I like to run in Central Park because I think it’s so gorgeous,” she added.
Apparently, Kelly is a fan of carbs just like the rest of us. The Cut asked Kelly how she chills on weekends.
“It depends. Is Mark home? If he is, I tend to stay in bed longer. I make a nice big breakfast. We have stuff we don’t normally eat — pancakes, bagels, that kind of stuff,” she replied.
That said, if husband Mark Consuelos isn’t home, you’ll find Kelly at an exercise class, per her words.
Kelly’s legs might not be long like Kendall Jenner’s, but you can’t say this girl doesn’t rock a mini dress and heels.
