Doja Cat Says She's 'Overworked' & In Dire Need Of A Break

Doja Cat might sing ‘Say So,’ but she is now saying, ‘So, when am I going to get a break?!?’

The singer who blew upon TikTok in 2019 has been going full steam ahead since.

With hits like “Say So,” “Kiss Me More” and “Woman,” it's no wonder Doja is in high demand by the masses.

The past two months she has hosted the MTV Video & Music Awards, performed at Global Citizen Live in Paris, France had numerous photo and video shoots, interviews, rehearsals, and more.

And it appears everything is now catching up to the singer.

In since-deleted tweets issued on Wednesday, October 6, Doja wrote, “I’m just tired and I don’t want to do anything. I’m not happy. :/ I’m done saying yes to mother***ers cuz I can’t even have a week to just chill.”

Her cry for rest continued, “I’m never not working. Im f***ing tired. Alex is getting old he's 68 years old and I can’t even be there for him. I wanna be alone.”

However, her complaints didn’t stop there and she took full responsibility for overworking herself.

“Its not anybody else’s fault but mine anyway. I just keep agreeing to s*** I don’t wanna do in the future. It’s my own dumba** fault and then Im too tired to put any effort into this s*** cuz im so run down from everything else,” Doja admitted. “Im just done.”

One understanding fan suggested she cancel her next concert, but being a devoted performer, Doja denied the suggestion.

The fan responded to her tweet with, “Just don’t do your next concert,” to which Doja responded, “I have to.”

Another sympathetic fan took to Twitter to support her writing, “Doja been working NON STOP since the blow-up of Say So and the rise of the Hot Pink and a year later directly went into Planet Her. Watching her verbally say she’s tired of this band she was just so happy and bubbly watching her rise is just sad to see how the industry just…”

Since tweeting and deleting her messages, she told fans that she would be getting on Live to do a look at her new BH Cosmetics drop.

You have to applaud her hustle, but at the end of the day she is only human, and humans have to rest!
