The Florida incident comes on the heels of 'Jackass' director -- Jeff Tremaine -- getting a three-year restraining order against Magera for making threats against him and his family.

The filmmaker claimed Margera sent him disturbing messages which included, "I’m gonna kill you in one mother f--king punch” and “Keep it up fat boy and I will continue.”

The 'Jackass' director included text messages in his request for a restraining order to the court, with one reading, “Look at your children and grab your pocketbook and write a check, if you are greedy and cheap, look at your children again. During the hearing, Tremaine's legal team claimed Margera had texted a colleague of the 'Jackass' crew with a photo of his alleged contract, saying he has "powers as a wizard" and "can create and strike lightning" while speaking at times using numbers instead of words.

As we reported, producers behind 'Jackass 4' forced him into drug rehab in order to participate in the film. Following the stint, Bam claimed the medication forced on him during the stay, left him with suicidal thoughts.
