The comedian will host SNL for the fifth time
Will Ferrell, a cast member from 1995-2002, will make his fifth appearance as Saturday Night Live host on November 23 on NBC. His stint later this month will grant him entry into the "Five-Timers-Club", an elite group of performers who have hosted the show five times or more. He's previously hosted the show in 2005, 2009, 2012 and 2018. Other members of the Five-Timers Club include Melissa McCarthy, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Scarlett Johansson. The current record holder for hosting duties though is held by Alec Baldwin, who has top lined the show 17 times. The musical guest on November 23 will be King Princess. @NBCSNL tweeted the good news yesterday.
