YouTube star Chris Sails has been ordered to submit to weekly drug tests in the felony assault criminal case where he is accused of beating his ex-girlfriend.

Sails was recently in a Texas courtroom for a hearing in his criminal case and a judge ordered the YouTube star to submit to weekly drug and alcohol testing as an additional condition of his release on bond.

He is also restricted from traveling outside the country, and must pay fees. Along with no alcohol, the court even ordered him not to use any mouthwash containing alcohol.

The restraining order by his ex-girlfriend, actress Parker McKenna, was also extended to keep him 200 yards away.

As we reported, Sails was originally arrested on October 25 for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend after Sails claimed he discovered a message on her Instagram account sent by another man.

McKenna says Sails allegedly began slapping her with an open hand, striking her in her torso and other body parts. She claims he repeatedly struck her, knocking her to the floor and left her with golfball-sized bruises.

Police note that during the alleged strangulation, he repeatedly slammed the back of her head against concrete. She pleaded with cops for an emergency protective order.

YouTube has not appeared to take any action against Sails since the arrest and he continues to post videos on the platform. He's due back in court next month.
