They were first indicted in 2019 on 12 counts of tax evasion, bank and wire fraud and conspiracy.

He is remaining with Chrisley because he chooses to and not because of the kids.

He noted that she is a much better person now and is moving forward in her acceptance process.

They are awaiting sentencing which is slated for October 6th in Atlanta, Georgia.

They are released on bail to their homes on certain conditions until then.
