Snoop Dogg is letting the dogs out and getting into the hot dog industry.
The rapper is expanding his business ventures into the food industry.
He has taken legal action to trademark his own brand of hot dogs.
In December, Snoop’s lawyers applied for a federal trademark registration at the United States Patent and Trademark Office for the term “Snoop Doggs.”
His legal team explained that he plans to use it to sell hot dogs, various types of sausage and other products.
His legal team filed “Snoop Doggs” as a so-called “intent to use application.”
Snoop has yet to launch the brand, but has serious intent to do so.
Snoop’s other businesses include a cannabis company and liquor brand.
In 2015 he launched “Leafs By Snoop” and in 2020 he debuted “Indoggo Gin.”
