Ricky Martin is in trouble right now. After recent allegations of sexual abuse and domestic violence came to light, the identity of his accuser has now been revealed.

Initially, the claims were filed keeping the identity of the accuser under wraps, protected under Puerto Rico’s Law 54.

Eric Martin, one of Ricky Martin's half-brothers has revealed that the accuser is Ricky's nephew, Dennis Yadiel Sánchez, who is the son of Martin's paternal half-sister, Vanessa.

If convicted, Martin could face up to 50 years in prison given that incest is considered a grave offense under Puerto Rican laws.

According to leaked court documents, Sánchez alleges that he and his uncle maintained a consensual relationship for seven months.

Sánchez was seeking a restraining order because he claimed that after he broke it off, Ricky Martin got aggressive.

Martin has been served with the restraining order, and in another case, he’s also being sued by his manager, Rebecca Drucker for $3 million in unpaid commissions.

Martin has not issued a statement, but his lawyer, Marty Singer has claimed that Sánchez suffers from a history of mental illness and the story is backed by brother Eric Martin.

he hearing for the case is set for July 21, and Singer says he looks forward to it to get rid of these “disgusting” accusations against his client, Ricky Martin.
